“It does everything you need out of a mcdonalds, I will add though that this is a very clean mcdonalds and it has a very nice atmosphere inside, we actually like to sit down and eat here sometimes, the people working here do a really good job of keeping up the place, which I rarely see for fast food restaurants that get as busy as this one can so major props to them.Vegetarian options: They used to have more vegetarian options, now it's very limited especially outside of breakfast, I wish they would bring veggie burgers back because I used to come to mcdonalds with my mother when they had them.“
“I love being able to walk to get coffee, and living in Avondale, Punch Love is always my go-to. High-quality and expertly brewed, I have always had a great experience and an even greater latte. With my work schedule, my only critique is I wish hours either opened a few minutes earlier or stayed open later into the afternoon, but c'est la vie.“
“Visiting the area and decided to stop here for a quick caffeine boost one morning. I’m usually seeking out coffee shops that also have a nice selection of hot teas, with the London fog latte being my go-to. They were out of Earl grey when I went which was a bummer but I ended up getting the pistachio rose flavored iced coffee and it was good. The rose was very strong- which I enjoyed but if you like a subtle flavor profile be sure to try something else or maybe ask for less syrup than they usually use. It was packed and there weren’t a lot of places to sit and enjoy our coffees, but we took them to go. Overall a good experience and I would love to come back at some point to try a London fog latte.“
“Visited here with my mother-in-law and had a good time talking to the staff behind the counter while we waited for our coffee and pastries. The coffees were delicious, however we felt that the “puff” pastries were very doughy and dense. We almost didn’t finish them because they were mostly unenjoyable.“

“Lovely family-owned and operated coffee and smoothie bar. Definitely take a few and stop in to see Tony and Cassandra for the best cup of joe around or fruit-full blended smoothie! Their Ethiopian blend was so delicious, I couldn't leave without taking a couple other options from the smoothie menu. And no surprise- they were all delectable! Named after the beautiful daughters of Tony D, 7 Angels is a hometown shop worthy of the name, as their spirits shine brightly and happily there. Will definitely be visiting again, and I highly suggest you do the same.“

“Have been going to this place for so many years. Don't get to go as much as would like but I really enjoy the chicken and dressing , macaroni & cheese, and the green beans. Most of the time the rolls. Unfortunately last time they were hard. My dad got the veggie plate and really liked all his options as well.“

“My friend and I are doing a tour of all the coffee places in Birmingham and this was our first, it didn’t disappoint! The coffee was quite smooth and mellow while still being flavorful, but by far the highlight was the staff. They were all super nice and conversational which made the vibe cozy instead of pretentious. Great place to sit and chat!“
“This delightful coffee shop is a hub for folks in Crestwood and surrounding areas — a true sense of community is palpable and it makes me want to linger there for hours. The staff is delightful and the coffee is great. Two thumbs up for flavor and caffeine level ⚡️. The atmosphere is sweet: a cozy space with art from a nearby arts nonprofit and cute bike-themed features. I also bought a bag of beans to brew at home and they are superb.“

“I've been really disappointed lately with the quality of the donuts at another well known place, so I picked up a variety from Daylight yesterday. 24 hours later they are still fresh and soft! So delicious too. The best part - Daylight Donuts is less than a mile from my house.“
“I recently had gastric sleeve surgery and have had a terrible time trying to find stuff to drink that is calorie free and no artificial sweeteners. A friend suggested that I try the tropical tea. I did and I was hooked!! Their customer service is amazing and when my order was put on back order, they were so friendly and did everything they could to get my order pushed through.“
“Went for breakfast. The place is very airy and has a good vibe. We were seated promptly and presented with menus. Orrdered Huevos Rolandos and a cream cheese bagel with a side of smoked gouda grits. Everything was really good. Service was also great.“

This place has not just coffee, but also REAL chai and REAL matcha from REAL ethical and sustainable sources. Need a snack? “Excellent place to grab a coffee in a chill atmosphere. We grabbed some coffees and chocolate cookies, it was all very good. The place was emptier in the early morning and then got quite busy a couple hours later. Though it’s not super quiet, it’s not loud either, and I found it easy to work in a bunch of things while I was there. Staff were nice and service was prompt. The atmosphere was a bit eclectic which frankly made it feel fresh and fun. Oh, and they have video games!! I’d come back!“
“hello cute new coffee/chocolate shop in birmingham you are my new favorite thing! Grounds just opened in December and I highly recommend giving this place a visit! Grounds has such a cute aesthetic, allowing you to shop or lounge around (on fun sofas might I add) while drinking coffee and eating chocolate. Literally what more could you ask for The owners are super kind and overall ambiance of this spot is 10/10 :D Also, all of the drinks they serve have either almond or oat milk and the pastries they have are all gluten free!“
“First time trying Daylight Donuts and was pleasantly surprised. They were fresh and very flavorful - both the donuts and apple fritter. Service was excellent. It's probably a good thing that this place is not closer to my house or I'd be tempted to grab a few donuts from here every day.“

“Very busy coffee shop in a very nice section of BHam. There were a bunch of people working in here when I stopped by. Staff was nice and friendly. I ordered the Blue Russian latte. I would have liked more peppermint in it, but was still a solid choice.“
“Hands down the best coffee around Gardendale and BHM. I buy my coffee from here that I drink at home daily. I also come to the store and Merideth knows my name and already has my order in when I walk up to pay. She makes each visit awesome!“
