Came to this Starbucks before a flight this morning. All the employees were just standing around. Everyone see,ed very bored. I tried to order a frappe but they were out of the ingredients needed. So I instead ordered the chocolate cold brew. This is your typical airport Starbucks. Nothing super fancy nor shabby either.
I was concerned that I would miss my boarding call because the line had about 7 people in front of me Luckily, the friendly cashier and clerk were busting a move and got us through there pronto. I only ordered a coffee and cream. I recommend them for moving customers out of the line quickly. At 5:00am, it is the only place open on this side of the airport.

just now I was visiting the Birmingham Airport in Alabama and ordered 2 coffees from terminal C and I spilled one of my entire coffees right in front of the store. Quickly an employee sweet as can be came out and helped me clean up while the other employee remade my coffee for FREE without me asking!! It is my first flight and my nerves are shot and this act of kindness from both of your employees made my day better. Thank you starbies!!
