The services is slow, almost rude, and they do not care for accuracy. Food is generally good as long as it's correct when you get it. CHECK YOUR FOOD FOR ACCURACY! Management has low standards for the appearance of the store, parking lot and it's employees. The store could be a great place but it starts from the top down for this franchise. The store was chaotic and I would not want to eat inside.
I ordered a big mack. The meat was so thin I couldn't taste it. The Overwhelming taste of tartar sauce & lettuce. Not just this store but several have really gone down a lot since COVID started.

They have accidentally given me the wrong size fries and left out the figure in a Kerwin Box. Both times I called and was told that I could come back in and they would make it right. Both times I went in the next day and had absolutely no problems getting those items replaced. Sometimes the general staff can be a little unfriendly, but I have never had a problem with the managers or shift leaders.
