I have to tell you the young gentleman (Kenny Harris) that helped my husband and I is absolutely amazing and deserves a raise! I have Never been to a McDonalds and have been treated with such respect, kindness and all around the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s! I believe he’s a major asset to this franchise and should be considered to train other employees in customer service. This McDonald’s period is the one I’d come...read full review
They are never polite. They won't even speak to you. They stand there and look at you I guess they are wanting for you just to say what you want 😌
There was not even a single person in line. All I ordered was a single big Mac and they gave me the most disgusting monstrosity with no ingredients of a big Mac on it and there was about eight pickles what is wrong with these people?

McDonald's is a popular fast-food restaurant that offers a variety of menu items. While the food quality can be inconsistent, the establishment generally maintains a clean environment. However, customers have reported issues with incorrect orders and unfriendly staff. Some employees have been described as rude, especially towards those who struggle with the kiosks. Although the management has been responsive to problems, there is a clear need for customer service training among staff. The coffee machine has been reported as non-functional for an extended period. Yet, there are also positive experiences, with some employees, like the lady in the purple HBD Grimace shirt, being noted for their kindness and helpfulness. Overall, the reviews present a mixed experience at this McDonald's location.
