I have Never been to a McDonalds and have been treated with such respect, kindness and all around the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s! I believe he’s a major asset to this franchise and should be considered to train other employees in customer service. This McDonald’s period is the one I’d come to and I live in Fultondale. “I've been driving past this place for months and thought I needed to try it. Today was the day, Chili Cheese dogs for me and Slaw dogs for a co-worker. Fries and Tots too, both of out meals were good, friendly people behind the counter too. Looks like they have a good variety of other standards for this type of small restaurant. “I like Five Guys’ foods and service very much. I was so disappointed in the service today, though, that I feel compelled to write this in hope that the manager at the Fultondale location will see it. I went in to place an order, but noticed one employee was cooking food and there was no one at the register. As I walked to the register, I passed two employees seated at one table and another employee seated at a separate table. I stood at the register waiting, but no employee approached. The cook, who was quite busy, saw me and called to someone, but still no one came. One employee at a table rose and walked to the back of the room, so I thought she had gone back to go behind the counter, but she came back to her table having just gone to refill her cup. We made eye contact, so she knew I was waiting. But neither she nor the other two employees made any attempt to assist me. After another six minutes, with no acknowledgment at all from the three seated employees,I left. I won’t give up on Five Guys after one bad experience, but I hope the manager will see this write-up and use it as a teaching moment for today’s staff.“

“The service was ok. They seemed tired not happy but they wasn't rude or unkind in anyway. The food was ok. Fries was a little over cooked but not burnt. The taste wasn't all that. The burger was great. The atmosphere was very lay back and quiet. Little expensive. $53 could have been spent somewhere else with better tasting food.“

“I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing customer service I received today at Milo’s. I went through the drive-thru, and from the very beginning, everyone was kind, professional, and welcoming.

The woman who helped me with my order—the one with the beautiful gray/salt-and-pepper hair—was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, patient, knowledgeable about the menu, and helped me place my order with such a positive attitude. You could tell she genuinely enjoys helping customers, and her kindness made a lasting impression on me.

The young man at the window was just as polite and respectful. It’s rare to experience such genuine kindness from multiple employees during one visit, and they both made the experience enjoyable.

I was also impressed by how fast everything was. The drive-thru moved quickly, and my food was ready in no time. Even better, it came out hot, fresh, and exactly as I ordered it. Fast service without sacrificing quality is something that deserves recognition.

I’ll be honest—I was a little skeptical about stopping at this location because of the reputation the Parkway area sometimes has. This was my first visit to this Milo’s location in over six years, and I’m so glad I decided to give it another chance. They completely exceeded my expectations.

Great customer service is becoming harder to find, so I believe it should be acknowledged when people get it right. Thank you to the woman with the gray/salt-and-pepper hair, the young man at the window, and the rest of the team for making my visit such a pleasant one. Your friendliness, professionalism, efficiency, and the quality of the food did not go unnoticed. I’ll definitely be back, and I hope management recognizes the outstanding employees they have at this location. Keep up the amazing work! 👏🏽❤“

“I had not been to a Sneaky Pete’s in at least 30 years, always had great food so working in the area I decided to stop.
WOW! SO GLAD I DID!
The ladies working there were SO sweet and nice, the food was as great as I remembered. This brings back great memories.
I got the loaded dog, it was too big for me to eat for lunch, a really fat sausage with special sauce, meat sauce, fries, jalapeños and cheese sauce with a side of fries and a drink.
It was messy but oh so tasty! Even though it is about 8 miles away I will definitely be coming back, not just for the food but the service as well.
Message to the owner, you need to keep those ladies at whatever it costs! Wish I had gotten names but the ladies working in 10/25/24 were great!“

“Jack's is one of those rare food places that the food ninety percent of the time is really good. I don't feel like i'm eating some fake processed food, like so many other fast food places. I had stopped coming here for quite an extended period due to the previous management. That problem appears to be long gone. Try them again and I think you may be surprised.“

“I recently visited Mad Pies to celebrate a birthday party. It was at dinner time so I ordered a veggie pizza for me & my son which was gluten free & my wife ordered a ribeye steak to share with our daughter. The pizza was by far the best crust & pizza I have had. Absolutely amazing. My wife loved the steak wants to go back. Even my adult son & little girl want to return. This is a bar atmosphere but with food that you would expect at a nice restaurant. Staff were very friendly. The more customers the more staff would be needed. I highly reccomend anyone to visit for the food. If you like karaoke, Thursday night is your night! Restaurant prices with great quality.“

“Me and my aunt ate the for our birthday dinners because hers was aug23 n mine was the 24th so we chose to eat there and we had a great experience all around.out waiter was super nice and made sure to keep checking to see if we needed anything like refills etc. It was a very clean environment including the bathrooms which is a plus.
