“Drive through speaker I've complained about for months volume is extremely low. Quite gasoline vehicles people often have to shut car off and the app for the Pinson location will indicate closed in the morning when they're clearly open however, I think it indicates open an hour after actual opening, perhaps daylight savings setting is off.“

“I've loved Milo's hamburgers for decades. Their fries are delicious. You may think you are already a fan of Milo's sweet tea, but if you haven't had any that was freshly made at Milo's (not bought at your local grocery store), you are seriously missing out.“

“This place is probably one of the few places you will get a good burger in trussville. The night shift is the A team. They might not look like the happiest bunch of folk, but they really are the low key A team. My man with the dreads kills it on the grill. “I like Five Guys’ foods and service very much. I was so disappointed in the service today, though, that I feel compelled to write this in hope that the manager at the Fultondale location will see it. I went in to place an order, but noticed one employee was cooking food and there was no one at the register. As I walked to the register, I passed two employees seated at one table and another employee seated at a separate table. I stood at the register waiting, but no employee approached. The cook, who was quite busy, saw me and called to someone, but still no one came. One employee at a table rose and walked to the back of the room, so I thought she had gone back to go behind the counter, but she came back to her table having just gone to refill her cup. We made eye contact, so she knew I was waiting. But neither she nor the other two employees made any attempt to assist me. After another six minutes, with no acknowledgment at all from the three seated employees,I left. I won’t give up on Five Guys after one bad experience, but I hope the manager will see this write-up and use it as a teaching moment for today’s staff.“

“I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing customer service I received today at Milo’s. I went through the drive-thru, and from the very beginning, everyone was kind, professional, and welcoming.

The woman who helped me with my order—the one with the beautiful gray/salt-and-pepper hair—was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, patient, knowledgeable about the menu, and helped me place my order with such a positive attitude. You could tell she genuinely enjoys helping customers, and her kindness made a lasting impression on me.

The young man at the window was just as polite and respectful. It’s rare to experience such genuine kindness from multiple employees during one visit, and they both made the experience enjoyable.

I was also impressed by how fast everything was. The drive-thru moved quickly, and my food was ready in no time. Even better, it came out hot, fresh, and exactly as I ordered it. Fast service without sacrificing quality is something that deserves recognition.

I’ll be honest—I was a little skeptical about stopping at this location because of the reputation the Parkway area sometimes has. This was my first visit to this Milo’s location in over six years, and I’m so glad I decided to give it another chance. They completely exceeded my expectations.

Great customer service is becoming harder to find, so I believe it should be acknowledged when people get it right. Thank you to the woman with the gray/salt-and-pepper hair, the young man at the window, and the rest of the team for making my visit such a pleasant one. Your friendliness, professionalism, efficiency, and the quality of the food did not go unnoticed. I’ll definitely be back, and I hope management recognizes the outstanding employees they have at this location. Keep up the amazing work! 👏🏽❤“

“I had not been to a Sneaky Pete’s in at least 30 years, always had great food so working in the area I decided to stop.
WOW! SO GLAD I DID!
The ladies working there were SO sweet and nice, the food was as great as I remembered. This brings back great memories.
I got the loaded dog, it was too big for me to eat for lunch, a really fat sausage with special sauce, meat sauce, fries, jalapeños and cheese sauce with a side of fries and a drink.
It was messy but oh so tasty! Even though it is about 8 miles away I will definitely be coming back, not just for the food but the service as well.
Message to the owner, you need to keep those ladies at whatever it costs! Wish I had gotten names but the ladies working in 10/25/24 were great!“

“Jack's is one of those rare food places that the food ninety percent of the time is really good. I don't feel like i'm eating some fake processed food, like so many other fast food places. I don't feel guilty for feeding my children their dinner. For a quick bite to eat you can never go wrong eating there. Don't even get me started on their breakfast i'd be four hundred pounds if I could eat there every morning. Lol“

“I recently visited Mad Pies to celebrate a birthday party. It was at dinner time so I ordered a veggie pizza for me & my son which was gluten free & my wife ordered a ribeye steak to share with our daughter. The pizza was by far the best crust & pizza I have had. Absolutely amazing. My wife loved the steak wants to go back. Even my adult son & little girl want to return. This is a bar atmosphere but with food that you would expect at a nice restaurant. Staff were very friendly. The more customers the more staff would be needed. I highly reccomend anyone to visit for the food. If you like karaoke, Thursday night is your night! Restaurant prices with great quality.“

“Me and my aunt ate the for our birthday dinners because hers was aug23 n mine was the 24th so we chose to eat there and we had a great experience all around.out waiter was super nice and made sure to keep checking to see if we needed anything like refills etc. It was a very clean environment including the bathrooms which is a plus.
