I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing customer service I received today at Milo’s. I went through the drive-thru, and from the very beginning, everyone was kind, professional, and welcoming.

We received the food hot and fast as usual but the taste was horrible. No one was able to eat the burgers due to them being extremely salty. I have never really experienced a problem with the food but as of yesterday Sunday 21st 2026 they lost a regular customer. After one bite everyone threw away their sandwiches. Someone literally dumped the salt that goes on the fries in our sandwiches.
My food is always good at Milos Roebuck location , I haven't been inside always order at the drive thru . The chicken sandwich is realy good. Love that boom boom sauce.
