These are the sorriest group of people I've ever seen. They close the doors inside all day so I can't go in an order and will not let me order them get out of the way of the line. There are no customers in the drive through and they wouldn't take my order bc I didn't have a vehicle. So I guess no vehicle means I'm not human and can't eat. The manager is a young punk that wouldn't teven open the window to talk to me. Treated me like garbage. Every night shift employee is sorry as hell for the way they treat people and none of them should have a job. It's pretty ridiculous the only restaurant in roebuck that locks down to keep from having to work.

When I get my kids pizza I usually get myself something else. Arby's is the easiest but I impulsively decided on Milo's today. I haven't been to Milo's in over a yr. Probably longer. I had consistently gotten poor service at the location in Trussville and food had gotten to be too much. I ordered my kids 2 pizzas for 15 dollars and 1 combo here was nearly 14. One combo! I accepted paying the cost today and placed my ordered. Got home and the fries were not all the way cooked. The fries have always been about 99% of why I went. The fries yesterday were not cooked all the way and they were not seasoned. Was an absolute disappointment and it won't happen again. Or at least for another very long time. AGAIN! I've never worked fast food. I did retail when I was younger. I imagine fries are on a timer so how is a batch this uncooked. I'll wait an extra minute for cooked food. Well I made pizza in high school. No deep fryer though. Anyway, the food was a massive disappointment. The hamburger was good but bad fries is heartbreaking...

Food was GREAT, I have not ate anything from "MILO'S" in over 9, or more years, and I was trying my best to take my time to enjoy it ?, but I couldn't, I was a little upset because I started to get two of the combos, but I didn't, but I WILL RETURN after the holidays.
My rating was from an experience from 4 years ago? I haven't got a clue what transpired. Ty for taking the time to attempt to address now. Generally speaking I am satisfied with most Milo's visits. The only recurring negative is that I sometimes order a peach pie & more often than not, you are out of them. Sometimes substitutions are made without letting me know. Otherwise, all is thumbs up. PS The staff @ hwy 31 Vestavia Hills AL are very professional & friendly. Mark

Eat here whenever you get a "hankerin'" for a burger that's apart from your average burger. Their sauce is SO VERY tasty. Sweet Tea is obviously a must have. Their Chicken Fingers are well above-average also. Try the "BooM BooM" sauce. Since their strange menu change where they've added a bunch of over-priced, un-Milo's type burgers/chicken sandwichs, prices have gotten RIDICULOUSLY HIGH. So be prepared to spend $13 per combo.

Life changing…in the fact that I know for 100% certainty that I will not eat at another Milos. Just was not a fan. The people were nice but the food was not for me.
The teens working the night I went gave fantastic customer service. I ordered a #1 and two peach pies. Unfortunately, I got home and had a cheeseburger - I went back and explained I ordered a number one and they promptly redid my order with fresh fries. The peach pies also were a let down. I don't know if they ran out of Milo's brand or they've changed recipes, but the peach pies we received looked like those Mrs. Freshly's pies from the gas station, and were placed in Styrofoam cartons. I've never seen Milo's sale pies like this in all my 43 years. I didn't want to go back and complain because I know the kids were doing the best they could. But I would think twice before going back.
