This has to be the slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. And honestly, it’s not just a one-time thing—it’s like this every time I come here.
Especially when you place a mobile drive-thru order. You’d think ordering ahead would save you time, but you still end up waiting forever. At that point, it completely defeats the purpose of placing the order ahead of time.

Service seems different since the reopen. The frosted coffee has tasted off on one of my orders, half of my waffle fries were not fully cooked in a different order, and yesterday I ordered some breakfast combos online and received 0 requested condiments. Hopefully it gets better, I really like this location.
