Whoever the manager with the red hair or whatever color it is needs to move on to another store. I heard her be so rude to an uber eats delivery driver and all he wanted was her to give him his food so he could make his delivery, but instead all she said was "I'm not giving you your food and you can't make your delivery now and you will get in trouble. I'll still have my job! She was disgusting and an embarrassment to McDonald's. I am definitely calling corporate. This young was just doing his job. Once again this manager had colored hair.

The red headed manager with glasses refused to give me my uber eats order that had been sitting behind the counter for 15 mins, because I asked "can I get my food please" she then asks what my name is and said I'm required to give it to her, then when I refused she said I wasn't getting the order, and that she will still have her job but I'll prob lose my delivery job. Then the cashier told the lady next to me "if you can do better come here and work damn". Mind you there were no people in the drive thru and 3 people in the lobby. They want $15 an hour but can't do their jobs. I said what I said.

Lady at drive thru window and manager rude to me cause I drive a semi parked in semi parking to pick up my mobile order lobby closed due to accident and the lady starts yelling at me cause I walked to the window and ask about my pick up order says u need to leave but she gave me my food I will not be back here

I did not check the food bag to make sure the order was complete, until I got home. It is absolutely RIDICULOUS for my order not to be correct after the money I spent!!!!! Of course nobody answered the phone when I callled. DO BETTER McDonald's-Pinson.

They have accidentally given me the wrong size fries and left out the figure in a Kerwin Box. Both times I called and was told that I could come back in and they would make it right. Both times I went in the next day and had absolutely no problems getting those items replaced. Sometimes the general staff can be a little unfriendly, but I have never had a problem with the managers or shift leaders.

I want to start by saying I go to this Mcdonalds 4 plus times a month mostly on Sunday mornings before church. I know for the past 2 maybe 3 months the orange juice machince has been broken. When I pull up to the drive through to ask I met with honey it's broke (never gone be fixed). The sad part is the employees are aware that this has been reported but not going to get fixed (why is it still on the menu). I also have a problem when I ask for my food (chicken nuggets & fries) to be freshly cooked it's a problem (heavy breathing of annoyance). on a couple of occasion I've gotten food that was not freshly prepared but told by a manager it was. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. The poor customer service & nothing being fixed is sad deserves a negative rating, but I'm only allowed to give a 1 star.

I ordered food for curbside at 9:20pm and when I got to the store witch was at 9:32pm they canceled my order and closed down the store. What the heck is going on with this McDonald's. I won't be ordering here at night-time ever again ?
