Pamela was hands down the RUDEST employee I have ever dealt with. My aunt was ordering sandwiches for us, while reading it off of her phone. When she got back home, the order was wrong. I called up to the store to let them know and see what they could do about it. I got put on the phone with Pamela since she is the one that made the sandwich. Nice Subway in Pinson! Food was ok. Service ok. Didn't wait long at all. Server was a little bland. It's ok to smile. And when talking to customer look at them. So we can communicate better. I had to ask him to repeat himself often. Other than that I recommend.
