Delicious breakfast in a casual atmosphere!
A week ago, I had a lavender-vanilla latte in Leipers Fork, TN. It was so memorable that I chanced asking Red Cat to make one today. I dare say it was even better! So glad to have this local gem!
Such a beautiful name for a coffee shop! This place is honestly what gets me through each day. The staff is so incredibly kind that every time I stop by before work, it instantly puts me in a better mood. A true bright spot at UAB Highlands!

The Red Cat @ UAB Highlands is an amazing little bougie coffee shop known for the best coffee, lattes, and homemade pastries, especially the pop tarts. Customer service is fast, friendly, and attentive to detail. The staff is helpful and the atmosphere is pleasant, sometimes featuring live flute music.
