“We discovered this coffee shop while visiting Birmingham for a couple days. The coffee is excellent - smooth, rich without acidic after taste. They even made me a flat white! Delicious brown sugar scone. The ambiance is relaxing as a vibrant community gathering place.“
“My daughter's future mother-in-law reserved this Santos Coffee House for a private wedding shower and it was wonderful! The staff was so kind and allowed my other daughter (the maid of honor) and all the hostesses to arrive an hour early to set up decorations and favors as the staff set up the pastries and breakfast sandwiches. There were about 60 people in attemdance and we were all comfortable. Everyone had a great time and commented what a great idea it was to have the shower there!“

There are thousands of Starbucks, they basically serve the same drinks, food, and also selling the same Starbuck's merchandise.What makes this place unique, the customer service. The cheery greetings, small conversations with the staff while waiting for your drinks. That's what hospitality is all about. Kudos to an amazing store that knows how to deliver a product by adding a smile, greeting, and overall kindness to your day!“
“I like going to the Hoover library and reading or working and East 59 is in the back of the Plaza. I've tried it a couple of times and I would say their iced latte is pretty good. I would say it's not super strong coffee so usually i mostly taste the mocha or the milk I ask for, but it is good if you're just looking for a quick coffee and chill and read a book. I usually order iced drinks only so I can't speak to the hot drinks, but each time I've gotten coffee, I've been pleased. The staff is really friendly and helpful so that's a plus!“
“The atmosphere is very good, the music isn't too loud, or too quiet. My iced hot chocolate was very tasty. My chocolate chip cookie was warm and delicious. The person at the counter was very personable. Definitely will come here again!“
