“If you live in Stadium Trace it is very short ride to Stadium Trace Village. The parking lot is a bit tight but that's not really issue. We went for a casual family lunch. We ordered Super Crunch, French Toast (you can order breakfast for lunch), and two Classic Burgers. The customer service Is wonderful and so is the atmosphere. The food is at the level of OK. The Super Crunch was not very crunchy and the French Toast was a bit too heavy on the (what I suspect as) vanilla. Overall we were satisfied but not wowed. Disappointing, is there is not a huge ready made doughnut selection. It is quite small portion of the restaurant.“
“I enjoy the customers I serve at Dunkin'. Trying to give them a smile from a friendly face and listening to them is part of my Job. Making sure they leave completely satisfied with what we can do for them is the whole point. I have seen a lot more happier customers expressing how our service is more Helpful, Attentive and Very Kind now last night!I felt like that deserved a good review since this location didn't have very many! We have a great crew and we do love our customers!“
“The only one bad experience was waiting in line. The Krispy Kreme store in Hoover was clean inside and no trash outside. Walking in, the smell of doughnuts makes me forget about the wait time. My visit was on Sunday and I still imagine that I am back in time ordering that doughnut. I got a raspberry filled glazed donut. Tasted fantastic. Need to get to Krispy Kreme, soon.“
“What a nice locally owned mini donut shop! I tried the Boston crème and the strawberry with Sons sauce donuts. They were both so good but Boston crème was my fav for sure! There were a few other flavors that caught my eye so I will definitely be coming back to try some more flavors soon. While the price is a bit higher than chain donut shops, Sons is a locally owned business and makes the donuts fresh to order.“
“For the second consecutive trip, the young lady (blonde hair, red hoodie cashier/barista/food runner) is beyond exceptional! She is sooooo friendly and goes above and beyond great customer service!I’m in the hospitality business and I wish I had someone like her.HERO, I hope you know what a rare gem you’ve got in that incredible young lady!!!!“
“We’ve been looking for a mom and pop donut shop since moving to AL. This place did not disappoint. The girl working was so sweet and helpful!! The donuts were amazing. Definitely going to be our spot from now on! Only thing is I wish when paying with card it allowed to tip. We don’t carry cash ever (we will from now on!)“
“So, I usually complain about too little ingredients or how the food wasn't fresh. NOT AT ALL HERE. The opposite in fact. The food was piping hot with tonnes of fresh, tasty meat and melted cheese. If anything there was too much insides. Delicious insides of the quesadilla all fell out and made eating it a little difficult. Milk tea was fine, but a little weak on flavor. Overall, great place! I wish there was one in Montgomery. I'd go there every day!“
“The name says it all. A little bit of heaven in your mouth. Make sure to try the French toast donut and key lime Wednesday is their best. But they are all so delicious. I've tried every donut they make unless they are tired with sprinkles. Don't do sprinkles but the kids would love these.“
“The donut quality is impeccable. The filled donuts have a little bit of fruit puree in them and there's an excellent selection. Prices are also very fair.Additionally, most donut shops tend to not have coffee already made. That was not the case on my visit on a late Sunday morning so all around the pleasant experience.“
“I've had these donuts before but never been in the shop. Went in this morning and got some donuts and kolaches and coffee. I'm blind and they went above and beyond to make sure that I knew what was what in the bags. They were very helpful! Wonderful experience and amazing food and coffee!“
