“I'd like to commend the entire staff of the morning and lunchtime staff. My youngest son turned 16 today and wanted Dunkin' for just him and me. I got up early and brought his gift and asked the morning staff to have it behind the counter for when we came in and they joyfully agreed, then teenagers do what they do and it was nearly noon before we got there and there had been a full shift change ?. These guys had me all set and had communicated with each other and knew exactly what to do as soon as I whispered about the gift! It went perfectly. Thank you so much. I don't care what the snotty person said about their "interesting" appearances. These kids have it together - they just have different styles like every new generation does. Thanks a bunch folks! It was a great birthday.“
“We’ve been looking for a mom and pop donut shop since moving to AL. This place did not disappoint. The girl working was so sweet and helpful!! The donuts were amazing. Definitely going to be our spot from now on! Only thing is I wish when paying with card it allowed to tip. We don’t carry cash ever (we will from now on!)“
“The donut quality is impeccable. The filled donuts have a little bit of fruit puree in them and there's an excellent selection. Prices are also very fair.Additionally, most donut shops tend to not have coffee already made. That was not the case on my visit on a late Sunday morning so all around the pleasant experience.“
“Visited friends on a farm in Montevallo and I went there the first time to a sign that they were sold out early in the day. The following day our host brought a massive load of the donuts variety as well as the bread filled with the hot dogs (can't think of their name right now). A family of 6 Germans and our host family indulged in them. So colorful, great quality, decorated with love. I thought that Krispy K were on top of my list, but these... literally took the cake. My only regret is that one of the kids snatched the last one with the blue icing before I did!! I will be back. Great job, perfect food. Many thanks and: Danke schoen, as we say in Germany!“
“If you live in Stadium Trace it is very short ride to Stadium Trace Village. The parking lot is a bit tight but that's not really issue. We went for a casual family lunch. We ordered Super Crunch, French Toast (you can order breakfast for lunch), and two Classic Burgers. The customer service Is wonderful and so is the atmosphere. The food is at the level of OK. The Super Crunch was not very crunchy and the French Toast was a bit too heavy on the (what I suspect as) vanilla. Overall we were satisfied but not wowed. Disappointing, is there is not a huge ready made doughnut selection. It is quite small portion of the restaurant.“
“Even though you had limited donuts (all cake) at 5:00 a.m., I bought 6 mixed, and they were delicious! My family are now fans of the cake donuts. I am so sorry for the struggles y’all were experiencing this morning and praying it gets better.“
