“It burns me up to see a 1 star rating for a small business with excellent food, service & prices, get a 1* rating over a small piece bacon. Unhappy?..tell the proprietor & they’ll make it right! My family member has a small business in Montgomery, Al w/ excellent service, prices, caters to elderly & all her customers…bends over backwards to repair your cell phone & some nut gave her a 1* review because she wouldn’t buy a used cell phone from him. She repairs phones… she does not advertise that she buys or sells used phones! If something doesn’t please a customers she, too, will make it right.The owner of G & S Donuts starts her day at 2-3 am to ensure everything is fresh & excellent and you better get there early or you won’t get anything to eat!!! “The food was alright and I loved my coffee. The speed of service could definately use some help. First they had no help, then they had extra help and it moved slowly like they still had no workers and I went inside this time. I didn't call it in because I didn't want it cold. The lady had a little attitude but I guess she was just agitated because she was at work because I didn't see anything happening out of the usual.“
“I typically LOVE coming to this Dunkin it’s my favorite in the city.. however today was TERRIBLE! They made my cold brew that tasted like there was no sugar or any flavoring in it I asked for it to be remade they made it an issue. Told me to add some sugar packs to it I told them “it’s not going to dissolve it’s a cold coffee” so they made me pay to remake it and added the sugar packets that still have not dissolved … very disappointed in today’s experience. I hope y’all read this n remember me. I come too often for this… sorry“
“Drove to Alabama for an interview and was hungry on my way back to Atlanta. Decided to stop at this Dunkin. I was not disappointed. The Associate was so kind. Though they had only one biscuit left, she made sure it was warm for me. The Latte and the Avocado Toast are to die for.“
“If you haven't been to donuts D-Lite in Wetumpka or Millbrook, set your alarm for 5am-6am and go. This is a family owned and operated small business that offers so much to our area. These donuts are the best... there are more varieties than I have purchased. The owners are just precious people, aiming to please and make the best donuts ? around. I have been visiting them off and on for the past 11 years, and I have never been disappointed. They worked through covid, and they continue to have a fantastic product and friendly service so early in the morning.They close by 8:30 - 9am because they sell out.I went in at 6:30 am, was 3rd in line, and I got the last 2 crullers and long john. My favorites are crullers and regular glazed, but I got these for my grandmother and aunt, so I wanted a variety for them to choose from.I think one of my videos is 1 donut short... it was really good!Stop by early and see them. It's on YOU if they're sold out!(Someone gave them 3 stars because they close early... REALLY?!)“
“Donuts were great but the drive thru staff would not speak up so we could hear her at the window. We had to repeat our order multiple times before we felt comfortable with her getting it correct. Sure enough we paid for more than we received. Some donuts were missing. Food is always great but staff was disappointing this “

“Great donut shop. The shop is definitely open for business. Local place with homemade items in the case. The service was fantastic. They do take cards now. It is no longer cash only. Super fair prices. A dozen assorted donuts was about $13. I went to a national chain grocery store a week or two ago for donuts, I paid $12 for 6 donuts. The grocery store donuts were not very good. These donuts were amazing and half the price. I asked for an apple fritter and that was my 12 th and final donut. Most places won't add an apple fritter in an assortment. I typically add it to the dozen so I get to work with 12 donuts not 11. Why does my picture have 11 donuts and not 12 , you ask. No picture of the Apple fritter, what? Why? The Apple Fritter was sacrificed to pay my delivery fee. It was a great donut. Very large with good frosting. It was on the thicker side. It had apple pieces as expected. I watched other people in line tell them which donuts they wanted in their assortment. Not every place does this.The shops has breakfasts sandwiches and burritos. They are good. No pictures, the tip for the delivery driver.The place is a straight forward donut shop. Not fancy.“
