Wasn't sure how I wanted my iced coffee & the lady at the drive thru made some recommendations. She answered questions & now I know what to order. Yay! She was friendly and helpful. (SB & McD iced coffee people: order your iced coffee with liquid cane sugar & creamer. DD Butter Pecan beats everyone else's iced coffees!)
Ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and 2 hot chocolate drinks on the app, (because I have developed an allergic reaction to coffee & have a tree nut allergy), on our way to a softball tournament on a cold morning at 6:25 am. Sandwich was lukewarm and we were given 2 coffees with caramel and chocolate, not home-made hot chocolate with milk and flavoring. I live in between 2 Dunkin locations, so will continue to support the other location where my order is 99% correct.... Just...read full review
