My first visit ever to any Dunkin bc I was going for a coworker and I thought I would give it a try too. I was def NOT IMPRESSED. Not sure if it was just this location but these employees were so freakin rude I could feel it! It must have really inconvenienced her when I had the AUDACITY TO ASK FOR A CUP HOLDER for my two giant drinks bc she rolled her eyes so hard! When I got to work right across the street, I went to grab my super heavy drinks and almost lost them both bc the drink carrier was broken. It was torn so bad theres no way she didn’t know that when she handed me those drinks. Whoever it was, YOU SUCK!!!!STARBUCKS WOULD NEVER!!!!

my orders are repeatedly messed up with missing items and giving me the wrong thingnever toasts the avacado toast (i work at a dunkin’ myself and know it takes 13 seconds to toast the sour dough bread .)laziness at its finest

This used to be one of my favorite places on my way to work to get breakfast and coffee they hired some new people customer service has gone down tremendously I ordered a egg and cheese croissant mold was all over the bread it was absolutely no way that they could not have seen that I asked for some sugar for my coffee I got an attitude back replied you don't see the sugar on the outside on the table so I said okay leaving out the door the lady gave me a smart smirk saying okay now you have a good day and I said the same to you I no longer go there anymore don't have time for it

Wasn't sure how I wanted my iced coffee & the lady at the drive thru made some recommendations. She answered questions & now I know what to order. Yay! She was friendly and helpful. (SB & McD iced coffee people: order your iced coffee with liquid cane sugar & creamer. DD Butter Pecan beats everyone else's iced coffees!)

Ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and 2 hot chocolate drinks on the app, (because I have developed an allergic reaction to coffee & have a tree nut allergy), on our way to a softball tournament on a cold morning at 6:25 am. Sandwich was lukewarm and we were given 2 coffees with caramel and chocolate, not home-made hot chocolate with milk and flavoring. I live in between 2 Dunkin locations, so will continue to support the other location where my order is 99% correct.... Just a total waste of money today!!! Why is there such a problem with attention to details at this location?????Dietary restrictions: Allergic reaction to coffee so I ordered homemade hot chocolate but was served coffee anyway

Stopped in this morning at 9:15. The 2 sausage egg and cheese were delicious. The young lady on the front counter that took my order was very nice and professional. This was my first visit and I will be back.
Amazing dunkin donuts location.I'm usually never disappointed with D&D, this one has great customer service, they were fast, friendly and fabulous, I would highly recommend.They have really stepped up their game as their main competition Barstucks, seems to be failing on most levels, it's really a shame.But hey, kudos to Dunkin, they deserve a majority of the fast food coffee goers business in my opinion.Thanks D&D

I come here 3 days a week. I meet my daughter to get my granddaughter. I always have to use the restroom. This place is disgusting! I started going to McDonald’s now… the bathrooms have not been cleaned in at least 3 weeks! Maybe longer! I went on vacation for a week came back and the same water cap is still on the sink and the same long strain of fake red hair still on the floor!!! I’m appalled that this place can even stay in business with such filthy bathrooms! I can’t imagine what the food area must be like! I’m back from my trip and it’s been over a week now… still not cleaned!!! Nasty and disgusting!!!
