We went over a month ago and it took 20 minutes to get a black coffee and a chai. My husband went today to pick up coffee for us to help me out since I’m working and mine tastes and smells rotten. They can’t do refunds over the phone. I love Starbucks! I have to order almond milk or oatmeal milk and they always get my order right. We also love the cheese danishes and the iced lemon pound cake as well. This is my favorite location in Birmingham!

Everyone who worked at this location on 2/25/24 needs a raise. This place was insanely busy. Like New York City Starbucks busy. And they all were patient, professional, and kind during the madness. Everyone in town was there trying to get coffee and they pumped it out as quickly as they could. The girl running the show was great. And the team was as well.
