It was Friday and the place was a little busy. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. I ordered a Caramel Machado and a Sausage Biscuit. The Machado was really sweet, I think they added extra squirts of the Machado sauce. Other than that, everything was good ? they also used to play country music in the store, but today they had some hippie stuff! Bring back the country music please ?

Everyone who worked at this location on 2/25/24 needs a raise. This place was insanely busy. Like New York City Starbucks busy. And they all were patient, professional, and kind during the madness. Everyone in town was there trying to get coffee and they pumped it out as quickly as they could. The girl running the show was great. And the team was as well. Of course there were a few jerks there who thought it was a crisis their coffee wasn’t ready in 5 min. But hey, this is America, most people act like that unfortunately.

Ordered a venti shaken espresso. Got half a cup of coffee….Woman taking orders this morning on drive thru had a horrible attitude. The car in front of us handed their cup back.We asked about adding more and she said “no, that has espresso in it. That’s just how it is.” It’s my normal order at the location on John Hawkins and it’s not like this…. Never again. This place is always horrible. Drinks are bad. Service is worse.

We went over a month ago and it took 20 minutes to get a black coffee and a chai. My husband went today to pick up coffee for us to help me out since I’m working and mine tastes and smells rotten. They can’t do refunds over the phone. I have to go back out to the store to receive a refund or they’ll remake it.UPDATE: I was able to follow the link from the very generic answers that every review gets. The customer service associate was able to give me a full refund for the spoiled coffee. Online Customer service gets 5 stars in my book, but this starbucks location really needs help.

Drinks come out good, but that’s to be expected considering how long you have to wait for your items. Staff seems to have no sense of urgency in one of the busiest Starbucks in the area, with lines wrapped around the building and lobby full of people. Could do with additional staff and faster staff. Guy with the mutton chops seems to be having an existential crisis every time he makes a drink. Will be praying for him. Blessings.

Ordered drive thru at 1:05pm. Still here at 1:40pm.If you can't keep up with orders while 4 peeps are making drinks, stop accepting mobile orders.Edit:To the person that replied to me, no need to provide any feedback - I could literally have driven up the road, passed the Starbucks next to Jason's Deli, turned left at the cross section and headed towards Vestavia and gotten Starbucks at that Hoover location next to Mr. Chen's, turned around and been back at this location before I had gotten our drinks.It's an easy problem to solve - Either stop accepting mobile orders or hire more people to make drinks.Until I see progress in the reviews, I'll go 5 minutes over and swing by the Jason's Deli Starbucks instead.

I love Starbucks! I have to order almond milk or oatmeal milk and they always get my order right. We also love the cheese danishes and the iced lemon pound cake as well. This is my favorite location in Birmingham!

Mom and sister went in store to order coffee. Waited 30 minutes and was patient due to Black Friday but when they asked, they were informed their orders got pushed back for mobile orders and they had three more ahead of them. This was t the order they got them in, but Starbucks pushes in person orders for mobile.
