“The lady working the front tonight has wonderful customer service!
During my wait, I witnessed her deal with 99 problems and fixed them all in a timely manner. Except my cookies, which is fine bc they really are the best cookies! The kitchen worked really hard tonight, and she stood out making sure everyone was taken care of. I worked in food for a long time, so I don’t complain but I will compliment!
The public is brutal and you did fantastic.“

“In my opinion, the best coffee on Shelby County’s side of Highway 280. Have always been a fan of their location in Hoover so when they announced a new location here, I was excited. Great news is their coffee has the same amazing taste as their Hoover location. Highly recommend it to any coffee lovers here on this side of town“

“Despite the fact that when we went there they were short of a lot of food, the drinks were very good. I would advise you a hundred times to go and maintain local cafes like this rather than an old Starbucks on the corner. At Santos the coffees and matcha lattes are very good. Unlike Starbucks, you don't feel like you're drinking sugar, but a real drink (which is what I'm personally looking for).“
“I’ve been here 3x in the past week visiting from out of town. Every drink was perfect and every employee was amazing they even remembered my name! I am not used to the drinks being consistent in naples florida and there is no customer service where I’m from. I wish every Starbucks was like this. The staff went so far out of there way to anticipate anything I would ask for before I asked. Will miss!“

“What an incredible experience! I’ve driven past this a couple of times and finally stopped in. The staff was so nice and helpful. Everything I ordered was amazing. Especially the bonuts and brûlée grapefruit ❤️ I can’t wait to come back!!!!
Parking: I found a spot right next to the door around 10am on a saturday

As a local Realtor, I am often in need of a place to pop in and grab a quick coffee date with a client or grab a table to sit and knock out a few tasks before getting back on the road. O'Henry's has been my go to for years now, and the many locations are an added bonus. The coffee and muffins are great! Try one of their seasonal blends (hot or iced) and you might be surprised at how good it is.“

“We walked up right at closing time and we were reading the menu and hours on the door. The owner opened the door and offered to serve us, 5 of us. The churros were amazing and the service was exceptional. I’m only in Birmingham every few weeks- but will be stopping by each time for a treat! Thank you going out of your way to let us try your amazing churros!“

“Lovely staff however, when I have to step over high school girls back packs and wait extra long to get my drink bc CHILDREN want to hang out at 7 am, I’m pissed. Get your drink and go to school. I swear vestavia kids and their parents are the most pretentious people I ever come across.“

“First time at a Scooters and we were blown away. These are drive-through only, fyi. Mid-afternoon on a Saturday there was no line, but even then our order was ready incredibly fast. Both the person taking our order and the person working the window were unfailingly cheerful and helpful.
Got a large Oreo Blender and it was fantastic! Could really taste the Oreo, and plenty of drink.
