Let's get this bread! I stopped by Alabama Biscuit for the 1st time the other day. Alabama Biscuit has 2 locations, White Oak Dr in Cahaba Heights & Rocky Ridge Rd in Vestavia. I visited the Rocky Ridge location. They serve breakfast & lunch along with coffees, teas & fresh squeezed OJ. I am so so excited that this location is open! The main reason for the excitement is because they have the BEST chicken biscuit ever! I get a plain chicken biscuit with honey on the side and an iced chai latte! 10/10! Also, the loaded sausage grit bowl is pretty delicious as well if you want something that will warm you up on a chilly day. The avocado toast is 10/10 as well... you know what? My family and I have been here quite a few times. We first discovered the Alabama Biscuit Co at Pitzitz Food Hall. We fell in LOVE with the a chicken biscuit! We are so happy to have the Rocky ridge location that offers this menu item! We always order it plain with honey on the side. Also, their avocado toast is pretty darn tasty too! 10/10 recommend.
