Today I had no choice but to go back to work, and it was hard but I made it through , But I needed food and I stopped at Waffle House in vestsvia on the way home to get something to go. I was visibly upset. After holding it together for hours at work I couldn’t hold it together anymore. I apologized and explained I had lost my dog yesterday. And the cook came outside and hugged me while I cried. And told me if I ever needed to talk he was there. Most ppl would have just gone on with their day. I just wanted to thank you, your kindness won’t be forgotten.“

“I absolutely love this place! literally, this place is absolutely phenomenal. there's two separate bartenders that are there on any given morning... both these girls are absolutely fantastic. both of them are really really pretty and they've got amazing attitudes, they've always got a smile on their face and what's amazing is, you can walk in on a Monday morning like this morning, knowing it's Monday and it's overcast and those two girls were laughing and cutting up and smiling and it just put you in a really really really amazing mood to start your day. I'm of the belief that if we can be around people that can brighten our day, then we definitely should. these girls start my morning off on a positive foot. I don't feel like a customer, honestly I try to bring them either energy drinks or donuts and then eat the world's greatest biscuits and gravy, that gravy is absolutely amazing, and there's always a smile on their face, it's always an amazing time and I look forward to each time I come which is about 3 or 4 days a week. the stores always really clean, and it smells amazing. the restrooms are always in great condition, sitting at the bars amazing, there's never food left around or sitting around, they're quick to clean up the tables, these girls really run the show, and everybody else in the background does an amazing job too. really thankful for this place, and I'm really glad that I get to be a part of the BBB family! I've been a customer since their first restaurant and recently moved back to the area and it's just as good as always. I would love for them start the wings back up and liver with gravy & onions would do it all for me. Or maybe add a fruit cup once a week to lighten up things. But Honestly I love it just the way it is !“

“I booked Nana catering for my 50th bday dinner and the food was awesome. I ordered Mac n cheese,yams, pepper steak,yellow rice,meatballs,and deviled eggs for 50 people and it was so much food.She is very professional and answered all my questions about the catering. Our waitress, Maddie was absolutely wonderful, she just made our day, she was so sweet and attentive, she is a very special young lady and I am so happy I had the pleasure of meeting her! “Visit was during slow business so the service and atmosphere was better than otherwise. Food has always been on the favorable side, however we have noticed increased prices on several occasions. New menu, higher prices anticipated. Overall, good restaurant for breakfast.“

“Maybe it was what I ordered. I've been to IHOP 3 times and this time I was not satisfied with the food. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs and the cheese in the eggs tasted like powdered cheese. Coffee was really good and so was the service but I will never order scrambled eggs again. I didn't care for the turkey bacon and that's all I saw on their menu so I got a side order. I brought the bacon and eggs home to my dog. This is the 1st time I've had a bad experience with the food.“

“I have been to this location several times and every time the food is good and the service is fast. It is on par with what you would expect from Waffle House. This is one of the more clean locations and it typically is one of the less crowded locations too which makes getting in and out a breeze.“
