As incredibly busy as it is on Christmas, the entire staff was FILLED with love, joy and teamwork! I didn't even know the manager was the manager because he worked as hard if not harder sharing the loads with everyone else. Went to waffle House in Irondale and had the best customer service. My server Michaela made sure I had everything I needed and food came out perfectly. Great food and customer service!

Traveling through the area and stopped to eat. We had an amazing experience at this Waffle House. Jamie was our waiter and he was great. Very polite and friendly. We were greeted by all staff when we walked in and wished a Merry Christmas. Would recommend anyone going to this location if ever in the area. Politest staff ever at a Waffle House.
