“My boyfriend wanted to celebrate his 21st birthday at BBB, this is his favorite brunch spot and everyone went above and beyond to ensure our experience was the best. Autumn, the bartender, treated my boyfriend to birthday pancakes and was so attentive. Our fantastic waitress, Alyssa, was so patient and kind; her service was outstanding. We had a group of 15, and our dining experience could not have been better; I am so thankful for the service and staff and cannot wait to come back. I never write reviews, but this day deserved a 5-star review; if I could give a 10-star review, I would!“
“We ordered pancake tacos, biscuit sausage and gravy, an omelet, and French toast kids meal. The food was delicious and filling. The grits were so delicious - the perfect blend of creaminess and cheese. We sat on the patio, which was nice. The mimosa flight was good - it was great to try out different flavors and you can customize the flight with whichever flavors you like. The only bummer was that they were out of fried green tomatoes.Service was good. The staff was very nice and pleasant! “Oh my goodness. We didn’t know what to expect from the pictures as the biscuits are dark But it’s the flour used. Everything is baked on site. The combination of ingredients were amazing. We ordered everything that didn’t have meat and were excitedly surprised. They were all simply delicious. We discovered they roast their own coffee and make their own syrup. So, of course, we tried the blueberry spice coffee. It had cinnamon, cardamom and other spices as well as their blueberry syrup. It was amazing. We will definitely be back“

The hostess, server, busier, and cook were all friendly. Everyone in the restaurant looked to be enjoying themselves. The coffee was perfect strong. “Let's get this bread! I stopped by Alabama Biscuit for the 1st time the other day. Alabama Biscuit has 2 locations, White Oak Dr in Cahaba Heights & Rocky Ridge Rd in Vestavia. I visited the Rocky Ridge location. They serve breakfast & lunch along with coffees, teas & fresh squeezed OJ. Alabama Biscuit's specialty is fresh baked biscuits made from stone-ground sprouted spelt flour & local dairy products. I ordered the Bacon du Jour featuring house apple butter, sliced local apple, conecuh bacon, farm egg, grass-fed cheddar, grain mustard & shaved fennel. The 1st thing I noticed was the lovely presentation. The saying, "you eat with your eyes first", is absolutely correct. It tasted as amazing as it looks..super interesting flavor profile with the saltiness of the conecuh bacon, sweetness from the apple & apple butter, sharpness of the cheddar, creaminess of the egg & mild anise flavor of the fennel. Together it created the perfect harmony for the palate. The grain mustard definitely enhanced it as well. The actual biscuit itself was also extraordinary. Nice & fluffy, but sturdy enough to hold up to all the ingredients. I was pretty impressed by Alabama Biscuit. Service was friendly & helpful. You order at the counter & your meal is brought to you. Relaxed atmosphere. When I posted this place on my story, a few of you reached out to me & recommended the Croque Madame, which I'll definitely have to try next time. I gave up caffeine long ago, but the coffee smelled amazing & I imagine it's excellent. Really glad this place isn't far from home. I'll definitely be back!“
“The food is great, well prepared. The service is good as well besides me being brought my “Million Dollar Bacon” 10 minutes ahead of the rest of my food. I had to decline and tell them to wait until I’m brought all of my food. That’s my only gripe. The atmosphere is welcoming for what it’s worth. Depends on what’s “welcoming” in your eyes but it’s not unfriendly. In the end I highly recommend eating at this place. I’ve eaten at all 3 greater B’ham locations: Hoover, Vestavia, 280. Hoover’s the best in my opinion. The “MDB” is great. Pancakes are great. Italian Omelet I most recently had for first time was great as well as the grits. My girlfriend had French toast and loved it. Food has always hit the spot.“
“Cold morning, and the fridge was low, so decided to order breakfast via Doordash. Spotted this and specifically decided to try it because of the salmon croquettes, something that reminds me of my Mom. I must say it was tasty, of course, not as good as Mom's, though. Enjoyed the meal!“

“I love kolaches, so I was extremely excited when I heard this was coming to town.These kolaches are different from the ones I am used to since they are round and a bit smaller. However the variety of options you have to choose from makes me want to keep coming back. I have had quite a few of the different savory choices over several different trips (as tempting as it is to overindulge, I have restrained myself at least somewhat). I personally do not care for the fruit options, if they were filled rather than on top like a danish, I might feel differently. So far I haven't had a savory option that I didn't like but I seem to keep returning to the 'Merica and Chorizo & Egg. The Mac & Cheese and Sausage & Gravy are really good too!If the location was more convenient to my office I would visit more regularly than the occasional swing by for breakfast on the way to work.“
“We have been to some wonderful Maple Street Biscuit Company's all over the country. This one is the best in my book. Why? Because of the staff. The normal Maple Streets are BUSY and normally chaotic. This one has had the beat vibe all morning, while still being busy. There is a gentleman who spoke to me who is an employee who noticed my red mug I like to use instead of drinking out of plastic. There was something about that guy. It's like he knows that Jesus Guy we are so fond of. The lady at the cash register was super sweet also. And the biscuits? A squawking goat made my morning MUCH better today!“
