“We ordered pancake tacos, biscuit sausage and gravy, an omelet, and French toast kids meal. The food was delicious and filling. The grits were so delicious - the perfect blend of creaminess and cheese. We sat on the patio, which was nice. The mimosa flight was good - it was great to try out different flavors and you can customize the flight with whichever flavors you like. The only bummer was that they were out of fried green tomatoes.Service was good. The staff was very nice and pleasant! “Oh my goodness. We didn’t know what to expect from the pictures as the biscuits are dark But it’s the flour used. Everything is baked on site. The combination of ingredients were amazing. We ordered everything that didn’t have meat and were excitedly surprised. They were all simply delicious. We discovered they roast their own coffee and make their own syrup. So, of course, we tried the blueberry spice coffee. It had cinnamon, cardamom and other spices as well as their blueberry syrup. It was amazing. We will definitely be back“

“We are in from out of town and we’re looking for a good brunch. We enjoyed our food, which came quickly, but the food tasted even better because the service was excellent. The hostess, server, busier, and cook were all friendly. Everyone in the restaurant looked to be enjoying themselves. The coffee was perfect strong. The prices are reasonable and the street parking was free.“
“The food is great, well prepared. The service is good as well besides me being brought my “Million Dollar Bacon” 10 minutes ahead of the rest of my food. I had to decline and tell them to wait until I’m brought all of my food. That’s my only gripe. The atmosphere is welcoming for what it’s worth. Depends on what’s “welcoming” in your eyes but it’s not unfriendly. In the end I highly recommend eating at this place. I’ve eaten at all 3 greater B’ham locations: Hoover, Vestavia, 280. Hoover’s the best in my opinion. The “MDB” is great. Pancakes are great. Italian Omelet I most recently had for first time was great as well as the grits. My girlfriend had French toast and loved it. Food has always hit the spot.“
“Cold morning, and the fridge was low, so decided to order breakfast via Doordash. Spotted this and specifically decided to try it because of the salmon croquettes, something that reminds me of my Mom. I must say it was tasty, of course, not as good as Mom's, though. Enjoyed the meal!“
“I loved this place as a kid and the food is still good now as it was before, the customer service is great, the food is wonderful, I ordered extra for later, they close a little early but open up early as well, I had a large order and it was ready under 15 mins, I can't wait to eat there again really soon“
