“Maybe it was what I ordered. I've been to IHOP 3 times and this time I was not satisfied with the food. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs and the cheese in the eggs tasted like powdered cheese. Coffee was really good and so was the service but I will never order scrambled eggs again. I didn't care for the turkey bacon and that's all I saw on their menu so I got a side order. I brought the bacon and eggs home to my dog. This is the 1st time I've had a bad experience with the food.“

“My husband & I decided to have an early breakfast @around 3am this morning (07/04/22) Our waitress was Tilia at the Pelham store, we ordered Steak & Eggs with hash browns, grits, tomatoes & coffee!! Our coffee was brewed fresh, as we was receiving our order, Tilia or waitress almost lost control of our food, so My husband tried to help catch the food so she would not drop it, unfortunately she accidentally dropped the hot grits & it landed on my husband's left , he was burnt pretty bad... This being said, our waitress hollered for another waitress to bring a cold towel, they also brought ice & some bandaids & burn sauve , all three servers that was there was very sympathetic, they then continued to get our order, made us another bowl of grits. Our server & the other servers continued to come check on my husband to assure he was doing good ,Tilia our waitress checked on us often to see if we needed anything.. Overall our experience was really great, even though my husband was burnt, we still enjoyed our food & how sweet everyone was to us! As we got ready to leave, we went up to pay for our order, but was told it was on the house, we still tipped our waitress Tilia & hugged her, she was so embarrassed & sad about what happened , we explained there wasn't any hard feelings towards her, things happen, my husband is fine ,his hand looks good, thank God!! We will definitely be back , mainly because of how polite & attentive they all were , the way they all handled things were amazing!! Many blessings Waffle House Employees!! “I absolutely love this place! literally, this place is absolutely phenomenal. there's two separate bartenders that are there on any given morning... both these girls are absolutely fantastic. both of them are really really pretty and they've got amazing attitudes, they've always got a smile on their face and what's amazing is, you can walk in on a Monday morning like this morning, knowing it's Monday and it's overcast and those two girls were laughing and cutting up and smiling and it just put you in a really really really amazing mood to start your day. I'm of the belief that if we can be around people that can brighten our day, then we definitely should. these girls start my morning off on a positive foot. I don't feel like a customer, honestly I try to bring them either energy drinks or donuts and then eat the world's greatest biscuits and gravy, that gravy is absolutely amazing, and there's always a smile on their face, it's always an amazing time and I look forward to each time I come which is about 3 or 4 days a week. the stores always really clean, and it smells amazing. the restrooms are always in great condition, sitting at the bars amazing, there's never food left around or sitting around, they're quick to clean up the tables, these girls really run the show, and everybody else in the background does an amazing job too. really thankful for this place, and I'm really glad that I get to be a part of the BBB family! “This was our second visit to this location. This visit was exceptional! The waitress was great! The cook, Maurice, was great! We ordered the Texas Cheesesteak Melt with bacon and hashbrowns. It was sooooo good! Maurice cooked it all to perfection! We told him we need to come back when he is the cook! We would recommend this location! We will be going back!“

This Waffle House was a well-oiled machine—almost like watching a choreographed dance built around waffles, eggs, and bacon.

When we walked in, every table and every chair was filled. There were nine of us waiting, yet the staff never missed a beat. They greeted guests, filled bellies, cleared tables, and kept everything moving—never once dropping a smile.

At one point, when the grill was finally cleared, I overheard the team say “good job” to each other—right before another wave hit. And just like that, they were back at it without hesitation.

Kathleen was our server, and she was outstanding. Upbeat, hustling, and completely locked in. She never lost her rhythm, her smile, or her connection with the rest of the crew.

What stood out most was the leadership. Everyone jumped in where needed, even when it wasn’t technically “their job.” The leader led by helping—and honestly, it was hard to tell who the leader even was because the entire team moved as one.

In a high-pressure environment, this crew didn’t just survive—they excelled. It was truly refreshing to witness.“

“Ginger was nasty & rude. Instead of apologizing for her mistake/misunderstanding she was nasty and rude. BUT What turned my experience around was Mac. Mac was nice, kind, greeted me with a smile & maintained his smile. if Mac was having a bad day, I promise you I wouldn't have been able to tell. The world needs more people like Mac. “I just left this establishment after eating and all I can say is that it was possibly the best waffle house experience I ever had. I walk in, it's raining outside and a bit chilly, but the inside is so warm. I take a seat and wait for one of the waitresses to take my order. It was slightly busy for them at 2AM, but I was in no rush at all. This kind black woman, I don't know her name, took my order. She was very kind with me and gave me the best quality service ever. She brought out my food, gave me a nice hot cup of coffee, and gave me my ticket. The food itself was amazing. Idk who the cook was, but he did amazingly on my meal. My waitress refilled my coffee and was very pleasant with me!! I paid and left, I wish I could've tipped her more, but I'm low on funds atm. This experience overall was amazing. I will be coming back for my 2AM cravings next time!!“

“🤩🤩This is my go-to location for IHOP and it’s simply the best. I usually order delivery and the food presentation and quality is top tier, I always get exactly what I ordered. The chefs are superb, I’ve never had a bad experience, I usually order the same munchies every time and each time I can tell they care. Without asking they usually provide extra napkins, condiments and the food has a sticker on it so I know no one opened it. “Where can you go in the middle of the night after everything is closed? Waffle House. I ordered my pecan waffles and was greeted as soon as I went in the door and seated at a booth. The staff was friendly, helpful, and quickly took my order and served me my waffles. I will definitely recommend this place and will be back.“
