“Tried First Watch here in Prattville today. Our first visit, ending up getting breakfast, was really impressed. Great service i dont remember our waitress name but she was wonderful, she recommended some menu items for us and the food was so good, fresh and delicious. And also the coffee was on point, had a very enjoyable experience. We will see definitely make another visit.“

“We had Nicole for our server - she’s also the manager and she was amazing. Friendly and polite, and patient and helpful. The first person who seated us and took our drink order was none of those things and cut my friend off in mid sentence. We were so glad when she said our server would be with us shortly. What a pleasant surprise after that to get someone who was so great! I know times are hard and restaurants and tempers are short. Such a good experience!“

“Recently in the Montgomery/Prattville area for work. We travel around a lot and eating breakfast at chains gets old and I prefer to support small businesses. This place is a small hole in the wall but don't let that fool you . Upon arrival I knew it would be good because it was packed . As soon as I walked the atmosphere put a big smile on my face . The service was great and the food was delicious!!“

Didn't bring syrup with waffles, didn't give me the extra brown on waffle, didn't bring my water, and let my tea glass empty too long. It's not as bad as it sounds, but..... service was lacking. Food was good.“
