“I love this Wafflehouse! We pass 2 others to get to this one. I don't know names but, the singing lady head cook runs the show!! They are always quick, courteous and professional! Shot out to Jake today!! A young guy with excellent customer service that is rare these days. All are hard workers.“

“Tried First Watch here in Prattville today. Our first visit, ending up getting breakfast, was really impressed. Great service i dont remember our waitress name but she was wonderful, she recommended some menu items for us and the food was so good, fresh and delicious. And also the coffee was on point, had a very enjoyable experience. We will see definitely make another visit.“

“We had Nicole for our server - she’s also the manager and she was amazing. Friendly and polite, and patient and helpful. The first person who seated us and took our drink order was none of those things and cut my friend off in mid sentence. We were so glad when she said our server would be with us shortly. What a pleasant surprise after that to get someone who was so great! I know times are hard and restaurants and tempers are short. Such a good experience!“

“The host Ms. Laquetta Jackson and her co-workers Shapree and Lee, made me feel very welcome with their kindness from the second I walked through the door until I left. While I was waiting for my TO GO order, they provided incredibly awesome customer service and made me feel at home. The IHOP in Prattville, AL is the best and I recommend anyone to pay a visit.“
