“Tried First Watch here in Prattville today. Our first visit, ending up getting breakfast, was really impressed. Great service i dont remember our waitress name but she was wonderful, she recommended some menu items for us and the food was so good, fresh and delicious. And also the coffee was on point, had a very enjoyable experience. We will see definitely make another visit.“

“We had Nicole for our server - she’s also the manager and she was amazing. Friendly and polite, and patient and helpful. The first person who seated us and took our drink order was none of those things and cut my friend off in mid sentence. We were so glad when she said our server would be with us shortly. What a pleasant surprise after that to get someone who was so great! I know times are hard and restaurants and tempers are short. Such a good experience!“

“my family and I dined at the Prattville iHop yesterday for breakfast.

As a former restaurant professional I was impressed with the friendliness of staff upon opening the door.

It wasn’t 4 minutes into our experience that my toddler starting acting terrible. I didn’t want her to disrupt others dining so I took her outside… where she proceeded to give me a run for my money for a long time. The GM and other staff continued to check on me and offer different toys for my child to console her.

I eventually asked for our food to go and handed my child off to her dad and proceeded to run to the bathroom and cry myself. Overwhelmed mom of the year award right here. But Sarah came in and just hugged me and reassured me.

The manager and his staff really made our terrible time as wonderful as they could.

I will forever remember the GM and Sarah for their kindness.

I don’t want to leave out that the rest of the staff was also so kind. The host made small talk with me and my child to calm us as well.

I know this was long. But I know kindness isn’t as common these days.

I stated earlier that I had been in the business for years. Almost 20 to be exact. I have high expectations and my head is always on a swivel when I dine…and this place checked them all and went above.“

This place is a small hole in the wall but don't let that fool you . Upon arrival I knew it would be good because it was packed . As soon as I walked the atmosphere put a big smile on my face .
