We had Nicole for our server - she’s also the manager and she was amazing. Friendly and polite, and patient and helpful. The first person who seated us and took our drink order was none of those things and cut my friend off in mid sentence. We were so glad when she said our server would be with us shortly. What a pleasant surprise after that to get someone who was so great! I know times are hard and restaurants and tempers are short. Such a good experience!

I came in for breakfast this morning, Wednesday, September 9, 2026, and received the best service and food I've ever gotten at a Waffle House. I stopped eating at WH ages ago because they're usually nasty and rude, but this was the only place open aside from Whataburger, and I didn't want a burger. I'm glad I did. Not only was the place clean, but the staff, both the cook and server, were super friendly and quick. I HIGHLY recommend this location and crew.
