“Me and my boyfriend had a very good experience eating here on the night of Halloween thanks to Tammy E..We showed up a little after 7 and got seated very quickly,but for some reason there were 4 different workers walking around the section and no one came to ask us what we would like to drink for maybe more than 15 minutes.Every time I thought to ask someone it was when a girl was cleaning a table next to us,but I noticed she had an earbud in and I wasn’t sure if she would be able to hear me if I tried getting her attention so I thought maybe whoever’s section we were in maybe they were very busy.Someone got seated behind us and they were getting taken care of by someone so maybe whoever it was probably was new I was trying to think positively about it.Maybe there was a mistake.When someone finally came to talk to us it was Tammy.Tammy let us know how she noticed that we were sitting there quite a while without someone taking care of us so she wanted to take our table and make sure we were satisfied.She was able to get our food out very quickly.I think it was the manager that brought us our food(thank you) and before we left we made sure to let him know we really enjoyed our time(he also held the door for us when we left).Our food was delicious even with how quickly they got it out to us it was done and not undercooked it was perfect.I ordered the new…I think it was garlic chicken it was juicy and sooo good! Tammy also knows how to talk to people which my boyfriend noticed.She made us laugh and was good with communication,repeated our orders back to us she did very well.I worked at a restaurant for a while so I know some people can really make you afraid to be yourself and try to please them as much as you can with the worry of making a mistake,but Tammy was not shy and did not seem under any pressure at all(I have no idea how many other tables she had)she did more than what her position calls for and is genuine.Thank you so much“

“I haven't had Beef O' Braids in many years. I stopped eating them about 7 or 8 years ago. So, today we decided to try them out again. And, to our shocking surprise, everything was great. The food was great. The service was great. The food came out hot seasoned. The service was great. This was the Beef O' Braids in Prattville, Alabama. But today it was a 5-star rating because everything was just absolutely delicious. Yeah, everything was absolutely delicious.“

“The place seems to always be clean. The waiter/waitress seems to be knowledgeable about their menu, and any event(s) currently happening.

Parking: Their location provides plenty of parking, plus they are located beside a shopping center, and the customers can park and safely walk to the restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: The host/ hostess, along with the waiter/ waitress seems to be patient and friendly to the kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of ramps for entrance access. The doors are wide to accommodate the wheelchairs.“

“I dont really consider a deli somewhere to sit and eat(the only reason I put a 4star), but I always order it to pick up or door dash it, and they've never disappointed!

Parking: It's not super spacious, but it has plenty of spaces for the number of people that could fit in the building.“

“Ashton, our waitress was very nice, and did an amazing job.
Dana, the manager made sure everybody got their food. She made sure the cooks didn't forget anything. A lot of people were ordering bacon egg and cheese melts..... me being one of them. They almost forgot to make one (mine ?) Dana was on top of it before I even needed to mention it.
I love eavesdropping on her conversations she sounds fun ?
If Dana reads this Texas Roadhouse DOES sound good, and tomato pie doesn't!“

“I recently visited American Deli and was really impressed with their food! The wings were the highlight for me—crispy, juicy, and coated with the perfect amount of sauce. I tried the lemon pepper and hot wings, and both were spot on. The Philly cheesesteak was also delicious, packed with flavor and served on a fresh roll.

The portions are generous for the price, which is always a plus. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the service can be a bit slow during peak hours, but the food quality makes up for it. Overall, it's a great spot for a quick, tasty meal. Definitely recommend giving it a try if you're in the area!“

“Possibly worst experience anywhere. Had to wait 40 + minutes then another 10 minutes to get drinks. It took 25 minutes to get food . Pancakes were so cold butter wouldn't melt, Egg Benedict was 2 hard boiled eggs.
Asked for water 3 times before receiving any.
Save yourself frustration and go to Waffle House as everyone know what to expect there
