“I love this Wafflehouse! We pass 2 others to get to this one. I don't know names but, the singing lady head cook runs the show!! They are always quick, courteous and professional! Shot out to Jake today!! A young guy with excellent customer service that is rare these days. All are hard workers.“
“We had a fantastic experience at First Watch in Prattville. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. You can really tell they focus on quality ingredients and thoughtful menu options.
The staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the whole place had a clean, welcoming atmosphere. It’s the kind of spot where you can relax and enjoy a great breakfast or brunch without feeling rushed.
If you’re in the Prattville area and looking for a solid breakfast or brunch place, this location is definitely worth the visit. We’ll absolutely be coming back.“

“Our party of 13 arrived on 4/25/2026 at 1pm. I had Taylor and Jacob as our servers!! I truly enjoyed them both! They are good at their jobs!! They even have a great sense of humor!! They truly need a RAISE!!!! The Manager also( I didn’t get his name) also came out and he checked on us twice and even sung Happy Birthday to my Mom for her 85th Birthday! Then the staff came out to sing and it was wonderful!!!! Thanks again for you Hospitality and I truly recommend Longhorn in Prattville!“

“Me and my wife went there for our anniversary. I had county fried steak. She had salmon. The food was excellent. Chef David is superb. Our waiter was also very friendly and done a great job..we was given a hospitality desert that was delicious..I recommend this place to anyone. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. We will go back“

“Afternoon dinner was amazing. The entire experience, from the minute we entered. Our server was very friendly and informative about the menu choices. The food was hot and fresh. The atmosphere was cheerful. And to end the evening Santa 🎅 🧑🎄 Mrs Claus and a helper Elf made their appearance. Everything was perfect. Merry Christmas Apple.“

“We had Nicole for our server - she’s also the manager and she was amazing. Friendly and polite, and patient and helpful. The first person who seated us and took our drink order was none of those things and cut my friend off in mid sentence. We were so glad when she said our server would be with us shortly. What a pleasant surprise after that to get someone who was so great! I know times are hard and restaurants and tempers are short. Such a good experience!“

“We are the captains seafood platter n The Battered fish and 🍤 with baked potato corn on the cob in coleslaw it was very unsatisfying they gave us the wrong fish on the captain's platter and the crab cakes stuffing with hard as well the corn you could not bite into we was very disappointed the potato was very hard“

“PLENTY OF PARKING WHEN I ARRIVED. I WAS SEATED IMMEDIATELY WHEN I WALKED IN. DEVON SEATED ME. HE WAS VERY NICE. LOVE WAS MY WAITRESS, VERY NICE AND PLEASURE YOUNG LADY. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. HUNTER,THE COOK, COOKED MY FOOD TO PERFECTION. I WANTED MORE BUT WAS FULL. I HAVEN'T BEEN TO THIS LOCATION IN YEARS BECAUSE OF THE AWFUL SERVICE AND FOOD. “We had lunch today and were blown away with the service and great atmosphere!!! Our Hooters Girl Heather was spectacular for her first day out of training!!! Then we saw a young lady we watched train .. she was so confident and handle her tables with ease .. was a great please to tell Ty and their manager of the amazing job they are doing there !!!! Keep up the great work y’all!!!“
