“Our server, Jackie, was so sweet and pleasant. If everything else had been awful, we still would have been glad we ate there. But everything was great. The food was hot and delicious. The environment was pleasing and clean. The prices were fair. The best restaurant experience we have had in a long time.“
“I stopped at Cindy’s for a random lunch with zero expectations and I didn’t even read any reviews. This is pretty much what you should expect from a small town dinner. Nothing fancy but you can see lots of local influences in the place. The lunch menu was really small with your standard meat and 3 side options as well as a few sandwiches and a burger. I love small menus because the places with small menus tend to cook everything well because they know what they are cooking. I decided to try a good old fashioned bacon cheeseburger. My expectation was a thin frozen patty so I ordered the double. That was my mistake. I say that in a nice oops sort of way. When the burger came out the patties were super thick and they looked hand formed. I was already enjoying my lunch because the waitress was super nice but seeing the burger really got me excited. I could barely hold the burger in one hand and it took a bit of effort to get a proper bite (that’s a good thing, take notes other places). A single patty would have been plenty but I didn’t let that stop me from enjoying the entire burger?. The fries that came with it were perfectly cooked crinkle fries and the entire lunch really took me back in time. The fact that it was cheaper than going to McDonalds didn’t hurt either. I will say that the patties were a bit over cooked but that’s my personal preference, I like my burgers medium to medium rare. I’m really looking forward to my next visit, I think it will be to check out the diner menu.“
“A great dining experience all around. One of the best quality Waffle Houses I have been to service-wise; our coffees were kept full and our bellies fuller and all for their legendary good prices and with minimal but timely attendance from our waitress. The takeout orders we made at the beginning were made and brought out without having to ask at just the right time to bring them home hot to our family.The only complaint I have, and this is so minor it's barely worth mentioning, was that my country ham was oversalted. I still ate it and it was quite edible regardless. Everything else was exactly how I expected and enjoyed.“

“I dont really consider a deli somewhere to sit and eat(the only reason I put a 4star), but I always order it to pick up or door dash it, and they've never disappointed!Parking: It's not super spacious, but it has plenty of spaces for the number of people that could fit in the building.“

“Catfish plate was great! Had cornmeal batter (NOT Zatarans)and were cooked golden brown. But -- bless their hearts -- those hush puppies were so bad and need to be replaced with some that are deserving of that wonderful catfish. And that's why the food only received four stars.“
