“I love this Wafflehouse! We pass 2 others to get to this one. I don't know names but, the singing lady head cook runs the show!! They are always quick, courteous and professional! Shot out to Jake today!! A young guy with excellent customer service that is rare these days. All are hard workers.“

Great service i dont remember our waitress name but she was wonderful, she recommended some menu items for us and the food was so good, fresh and delicious. “We had Nicole for our server - she’s also the manager and she was amazing. Friendly and polite, and patient and helpful. The first person who seated us and took our drink order was none of those things and cut my friend off in mid sentence. We were so glad when she said our server would be with us shortly. What a pleasant surprise after that to get someone who was so great! I know times are hard and restaurants and tempers are short. Such a good experience!“

“I had a late lunch this afternoon and sat at the bar. The bartender was friendly as always and very attentive! I ordered the new Skillet garlic steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli and added the six fried shrimp for a dollar my steak was cooked to perfection and everything was absolutely delicious!“

“We are the captains seafood platter n The Battered fish and 🍤 with baked potato corn on the cob in coleslaw it was very unsatisfying they gave us the wrong fish on the captain's platter and the crab cakes stuffing with hard as well the corn you could not bite into we was very disappointed the potato was very hard“

“9/24 we came in about 9pm as a party of 8 and were sat with a gentleman who’s name I cannot remember. Tall, thick locs, said he was new. Anyways he was amazing! Catered to every request (we had 5 kids, 4 under 4 so we needed a lot lol)

On the other hand, there was a lady server who never offered her name. Quite rude, we were sat in her “area” due to our party size and she complained about our seating and that she was intentionally keeping her area dirty so that she would not get sat. And dirty it was; trash everywhere, food on the floor, broken glass, etc.
