“Had a great experience at Waffle House thanks to our server, Maya. She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out exactly right. The food was hot, fresh, and classic Waffle House perfection, but Maya’s service really made the visit stand out. She kept our drinks full, checked in at the right times, and had such a positive attitude. If you stop by, hope you get Maya as your server — she definitely made our night better. Will be back for sure!“

“This restaurant is a local go to. Always busy line out the door worth the wait. It's not the cheapest burger, but it's a good burger.One , you would be proud to call your own. The fries are the part that is amazing to me.Always crisp delicious. I generally get the 4 oz combo all the way.Add jalapenos or the Gunter pile. Which is a hamburger steak with gravy over fries.“

“Love the Prattville location! Had brunch there yesterday. The food was great and served timely. Dawn was our server and she was excellent. All of the employees were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great experience - worth the drive from Montgomery.“

“We go to the Zelda Road First Watch as often as possible, and yesterday was one of the days. The food, staff, and management are all exceptional. May have to wait a bit before being seated, but oh, so worth it! Just bring one to Prattville so we can frequent more than once a week.“

“I love this Wafflehouse! We pass 2 others to get to this one. I don't know names but, the singing lady head cook runs the show!! They are always quick, courteous and professional! Shot out to Jake today!! A young guy with excellent customer service that is rare these days. All are hard workers.“

“I'm proud they reopened their service to military retirees. Today was my first time there in decades. I had a ham and cheese omelet, and it wasn't bad, but it was cooked in too much of that orange colored grease, which left a noticeable, less than desirable taste for me. I might try the scrambled eggs or french toast if I go again. It was 6.95 for the omelet, tatar tots, milk, and an orange juice.“

“The brunch here is what you want. The menu is full of well priced a-la-cart options, along with standard brunch favorites. The meals are typically well portioned and very fresh. I will say the service still needs some work. The staff are kinda hands off. Once you have your food, they typically dont come back until youre ready to get the bill.“
“Tried First Watch here in Prattville today. Our first visit, ending up getting breakfast, was really impressed. Great service i dont remember our waitress name but she was wonderful, she recommended some menu items for us and the food was so good, fresh and delicious. And also the coffee was on point, had a very enjoyable experience. We will see definitely make another visit.“

“Service was good, efficient, and timely, we were there at lunch time on a Sunday. It was very crowded and we had to wait for a table large enough for our crowd (12). Food was good and served hot. Staff was friendly, kind and smiling, which goes a long way with me. (Attitude)is important.

“Our party of 13 arrived on 4/25/2026 at 1pm. I had Taylor and Jacob as our servers!! I truly enjoyed them both! They are good at their jobs!! They even have a great sense of humor!! They truly need a RAISE!!!! The Manager also( I didn’t get his name) also came out and he checked on us twice and even sung Happy Birthday to my Mom for her 85th Birthday! Then the staff came out to sing and it was wonderful!!!! Thanks again for you Hospitality and I truly recommend Longhorn in Prattville!“

“This Place is So Rich of Black History. Loved the Food. I had Baked Turkey and dressing, Swai Fish, Mac and cheese, collard greens, and some good Ole Cornbread. “Me and my wife went there for our anniversary. I had county fried steak. She had salmon. The food was excellent. Chef David is superb. “Hi everyone out there reading,As we pulled in the parking lot to American deli there was like four vehicles out there and when I went inside there was only a couple people and they're waiting on their food and I walked right to the restaurant to call me to come up and place my order and I had a friend on the phone who was covid positive for 2 weeks with quarantine and she was feeling better her and her daughter and they had wanted something so I called him up when I got there and I hand the phone to the man he took it and he took the order very helpful I appreciate that he took mine and I spent like $30 for 4 meals it was it was delicious like always and good company and then why you waiting on your food to chat with other people and you can get you something to drink it don't take that long for what you're getting so yeah in and out real quick if you never been there I suggest you try to get there you'll like it you'll love it what the heck give him a try...“

“My daughter, boyfriend, and I have been at the jaguar’s spot a few times and we always have a excellent experience. The OXTAILS ARE SO GREAT! We love the fact that they give you a whole lot of food! The customer service is incredible! They are so sweet! Definitely try them you would not regret it!“
