“I am currently in Montgomery for work and love finding local places to eat when I travel. Vicki's is hands down the best burger joint. I ordered the 6 oz burger. I will definitely come back here again. Definitely don't miss out on this place. Parking and finding a seat is hard so get there early!“

“Saturday night we dined (after a rather lengthy wait). We understood, it was Saturday night after all, but early in the evening. We were a party of 6 celebrating my 92nd birthday. We ordered and received our salads in a timely manner. The first 3 orders were served and then a terrific crash. Turned out it my 2 daughters and my dinners. The manager came made his apologies and indicated there would be an adjustment to compensate for our wait, by the time our food arrived the rest of our party had nearly finished their meal. We spent a lot of money and I feel some sort of compensation should have been offered. I understand accidents happen but I felt rushed after the delay,. Just thought you should know. Our server was excellent, no fault with her, sorry didn't get her name.“

“I’ve gone to La Jolla twice in the past month and had an awesome server, Asher. The food and service have been great both times. On my first visit, the dining room and bar were full, so the host took my number and called me when a table became available. I enjoyed the grilled lamb small plate on that visit. On my second visit, I arrived before 5 pm, so there wasn’t a crowd just yet. I was greeted and seated immediately. I ordered the Cajun salmon and Hoppin John entrée this time. It was delicious. “My family and I went to Chappey’s on Dec 9 after my granddaughters’ dance recital. We didn’t know they closed at 4:00 on Saturdays and it was 4:37 when we left. We never would have known what the closing time was if we had not have looked on the window as we left. The staff never rushed us, they were kind and patient and treated us like royalty. We do apologize for overstaying, it’s not something that we would have done if we had known the closing time. “My mother ordered a ham from this location and I went to pick it up for Thanksgiving tomorrow customer service was outstanding the employees were so nice and kind there were two lines coming from both sides of the building and they were extremely busy but the employees conducted business extremely well we will definitely be back we have ordered from this location before a few times but it had been a few years ago I must say it was just as I remembered awesome service still remained there was a lady helping assist customers in a professional way inside the building she also did an outstanding job definitely recommend this location“

We were hungry and driving by so just stopped in for a snack. You order at the counter and they bring food to your table, so service was pretty good. Get your own soda and clean up after yourself at the end.
We tried two of their specials. $6 each for samplers of fish, chicken and shrimp. Both samplers also came with fries and hush puppies.
All the food was clearly freshly cooked and hot. The sides were fine, and better than expected. The mains were all very good. Best of all, was the chicken tender. Actually delicious. A real contender against all the fried chicken places around.
A nitpicky knock goes to the tartar sauce, which was bland and basically just mayo.“

“We have stayed multiple times at the Wind Creek Montgomery Casino and Hotel. We have always been treated very well. First, I would like to give high kudos to Anthony at the front desk. He has always accommodated us as though we were of the utmost importance. Then as we ate dinner at BB Kings, for two nights, we had an outstanding waitress, Zeanita. I have yet to have anything there that wasn’t good. (Nachos, loaded tater tots, pulled pork, fried catfish, and amazing collard greens) I would also like to recognize, Shannon Gibson, Executive Host with the most. He introduced himself to me and recognized and spoke to me many times throughout the casino. I greatly appreciate that. This was an outstanding mini vacation for my husband and I even though we didn’t win anything. Maybe next time. Thanks to everyone!!“
