“We see why it is packed. The food is lightly seasoned just right, and sauce was perfect, not runny and not thick. Emily was amazing with us, and we were able to meet the owner's daughter who came by to chat with us. Overall the best place in Troy. “Talk about good Chicken! I grew up about an hour outside Buffalo,NY. These wings are on par with any I would get when I lived there, they are that good. Get the bring the pain sauce and honey garlic and you will have a good time! Also shout out to Laura for the excellent service.“

“My girl friend and I ate dinner at Preston’s on Feb 17th of this year on our way back home to Michigan from Florida. Food (we had their juicy burgers), atmosphere, and service were terrific. What I liked best was that the owner came around to every table checking on everyone’s comfort. Striking up a conversation with him he told me about his bbq then headed back to the kitchen to work. Bout half hour later he reappeared at the table with samples of his bbq for us to taste. We thought that was the epitome of southern hospitality. Good food and great hospitality. Can’t beat it. “Tried ordering from app for the first time. It was easy and food was ready exactly when stated. The food was great ( spicy sandwich) and hostess was polite. Store appeared clean and organized. Will do this again.! Try it. No waiting and app tells you when to pick up. Roll tide!“
“I think it is important to note that this Waffle House is open 24 hours but the dine in hours is only until midnight. Expecting 24 hours dine in service like most traditional Waffle House will cause failed expectations. There is a take away window.“
“Food service has recently changed for they serve to a buffet style which opened up the selections. Country style cooking good variety. Like everything else it's a little pricey. Staff is pleasant. Restaurant can be crowded at times but the staff does a great job of accommodating larger parties.“
“If you haven't came here before you need to try it. Menu is simple and the food is excellent. I had the bacon cheeseburger with bacon ranch cheese fries. The ranch dressing was the best ranch I've tasted. I give them a 10 out of 10.
