Witnessed a couple of customers being very rude and obnoxious to employees. Staff was short and we're doing their best to get orders out correctly and in a timely manner, while dealing with these customers. I commend the Captain D's ladies on keeping their composure and completing their job correctly, timely, politely and with a smile.
Great, fresh food, friendly service and very clean. Updated building. Best Captain D's I've ever walked into and best service by far!! They need to go to Ozark and retrain them.

My experience at Captain D’s located in Troy AL was awesome. The FOOD was great I were there around Jan 4 2022 and they were working short of staff. But this young lady (Misty) working out front was really on her job. She had so much patience and hospitality until it was unbelievable. She were real professional and definitely a people person.
