“I enjoyed the service that I received on my date night. Kayleigh was an exceptional bartender and suggested the best tasting drinks ever! Manager Kit was sure to check up on our table frequently and ensured that we were satisfied with the service, food, and drinks. Overall, 10/10! We will definitely be back soon :)“

“My first time coming here, I was going to Jacks for lunch and they were to packed with people, so I came here to cookout and glad I did as the burgers are 100% better than Jacks. I’m sure I will be a repeat customer here at cookout“
“So happy to see this place in Troy! Enjoyed an excellent lunch there and looking forward to returning for happy hour sometime. The menu includes a variety of sandwiches and burgers, including some excellent vegetarian options, which is hard to find around here. We were given an entire "Beyond Meat" vegetarian sausage sandwich to sample on the house after we talked with the owner about it. Great appetizer selection; we ordered the jalapeno poppers, which were excellent. The owner told us there would be outdoor seating soon on the deck out back, which is another huge plus.“

“They did amazing on our food, got everything correct and everything tasted so good. I ordered the Honey Mustard Royal Chicken sandwich and my partner got a plain Whopper and they did his right, having just cheese and meat and they had everything on mine. The guy on the intercom was very nice and made sure we had everything ordered and the lady at the window was very professional! One of the best BKs I’ve been to! Everything was fresh. There was a bit of a wait, but it’s not the employees fault, there was just a lot of people. Timely for the circumstances, though! I’d give a four stars!“

“They were so kind, fast and helpful. Their manager and cashier, Cabrena were so helpful. It is really nice to see this kind of team in a fast food. Their score was a 93 which is great considering some other places have below 88.
Thank you so much. 😊“
