They did amazing on our food, got everything correct and everything tasted so good. I ordered the Honey Mustard Royal Chicken sandwich and my partner got a plain Whopper and they did his right, having just cheese and meat and they had everything on mine. Never thought I’d leave fast food 5 stars, but it was well earned. I love BK but the ones around Panama City are awful. This was was amazing. Food was fast, delicious and just like the picture. Burger even wrapped for easy eating inside the box. Every BK should send management here to train.
This isn't your regular Burger king. Listen this drive thru staff is the best on Troy!!!!!! Management you picked an excellent crew!!! Everytime I have used the drive thru the kindest person has always been at the window. Not always the same person. That tells me something about the manager and management. Burger King used to be a favorite spot, but recent experiences have been disappointing. Some staff members are friendly and welcoming, like Red who provided exceptional service. However, others lack basic manners and customer service skills, like the rude worker at the window. Prices are also a concern for some customers. Overall, the restaurant needs to focus on improving customer service and maintaining fair pricing to win back loyal customers.
