They did amazing on our food, got everything correct and everything tasted so good. I ordered the Honey Mustard Royal Chicken sandwich and my partner got a plain Whopper and they did his right, having just cheese and meat and they had everything on mine. Best Burger King in Alabama!
The service I received was absolutely outstanding! Shantaysia was the young lady that took my order, she was very pleasant, professional kind and patient. I could tell that she really enjoys her job and it showed. Next was the two amazing young people that made my food. First was Ms. Kendra and the next was Mr. Chris D. Burger King used to be a favorite spot, but recent experiences have been disappointing. Some staff members are friendly and welcoming, like Red who provided exceptional service. However, others lack basic manners and customer service skills, like the rude worker at the window. Prices are also a concern for some customers. Overall, the restaurant needs to focus on improving customer service and maintaining fair pricing to win back loyal customers.
