Great employees, excellent cook... Service was great. they close @ 2pm because of lack of help. I got there @ 1:30pm and wasn't rushed to eat my food. Wish the Ozark franchise would follow their example.
At the time we went in it was slow but Cook took order Cook was not very friendly person. Say it nice. Saw a lot of issues going on talking instead of working The food was good though waffle House standards . The Ozark restaurant could use a overhaul He's a freshman worn out outdated

Ate here before dropping daughter at Girls State on campus of Troy University. Best experience at a Waffle House in years!! Greeted at the door by a gentlemen who was eager to seat us- smiling and cleaning tables as fast as he could. Once seated - our food came out quickly and hot! Excellent service all around - especially on a Sunday morning. Kudos to the staff and management of this location!
