Employees were pleasant, not sarcastic like other restaurants in area.
The gal at the order counter was efficient and super helpful
I’ve eaten at FIREHOUSE SUBS in Troy, AL, Dothan AL, and Ozark AL. TROY FIREHOUSE is by far superior to the others (Ozark was ok, and Dothan was just plain awful). Troy FIREHOUSE is cleaner, quicker at preparing food, friendly service, always clean (inside, bathrooms, even the parking lot). Often, the employees (at Troy) walk over to your table and ask how you are enjoying your food. Troy is just overall the BEST FIREHOUSE in southeast Alabama.
