Food is pretty good when it's not soggy, place has definitley went down in quality over the last couple months, normally get call in orders,(when the staff actually uses the phone, and doesn't just leave sittin on the counter so the calls dont come in.) Would be great if they payed more attention to the quality.... getting to be where it isn't worth the money spent.

Worst sandwich I had in a while. They left half of the stuff I ordered off and what I did end up getting was a non toasted sub with 2 slices of cheese two tomatoes which still had the stem part on it and half of the sandwich had cucumbers no sauce and all that for almost $9. Ridiculous!

I was surprised that they closed their drive-thru to call in orders only. That's very inconvenient with their limited parking, the appearance of sufficient staff (4 behind the counter), and the successful use of a drive-thru at countless other Firehouse locations.

FUCK this place. We called before and tried to place an order. They said they don't take orders after 7:30. Okay whatever we will just walk in. Get there at 7:45 and they see us and lock the door. Will never be coming back.
Tried to call 30 min prior to closing to place an order for pickup and was told they stopped taking orders over the phone. Made it to the store more than 15 minutes before closing time, and right when I pulled up the worker walked up to the door and locked it, and they were inside laughing. If you're open, YOU'RE OPEN. Will not be giving them our business.

Sub-par in every way. Meat so thin and sparse that one is paying for bread with a smear of meat. Workers with bad attitudes. Missing items from order. Place also looked dirty.

(1)Check your take out order before you leave. They left out two items we paid for, didn’t discover the missing items until we arrived home. (2)And, where’s the meat? The sandwich had one layer of thin meat. We won’t be going back. (3)Third, surly workers. Overall, not a good experience, and food sub-par.

Arrived 30 minutes before closing. They didn't have lettuce which they use on practically everything and the didn't have any tea.it appears they had started to close even prior to our arrival. I've seen previous posts that stated the same thing.It seems the local management doesn't read the reviews. If a business is open till 9PM then they should be able to provide full service until closing.
