Out of everything. Rude from the beginning. Skipped 10 times, after reminding them of my order twice. Very NICELY asked for a refund, they proceeded to get loud and tell me how they were not giving me a refund. Threw my food on the counter. I asked for a straw and fork and she threw it in my bag. Got to the car. Insane! I cannot understand who treats anyone this way.
