I wanted to give a shout out to the staff here. They have always had good customer service but today the lady working the drive through went above and beyond without having too and it’s hard to find people like that. The whole staff should get a raise but her specifically. I didn’t catch her name but she wouldn’t take a tip either. Thank you guys!

It would be ok for what I ordered. The main issue was I received a 1 side toasted frisco burger and the other side was just bread not toasted.Parking: Parking was open and available

Went through the drive-thru. Flies abundant and got into my truck. I can only imagine the flies inside the restaurant. They failed to give me my ordered water and fries. My chicken tenders were small and cold compared to normal. Hardee's, like most fast food restaurants have really went to CRAP post-COVID. Chic-Fil-La is the only exception.

The food was delicious, the service was fast and friendly. The restaurant needs a renovation. I had the Super Sausage Biscuit meal. The service was quite fast. We dined in and were the only people in the restaurant around 10 a.m on a Tuesday. The flavor of my biscuit sandwich was excellent, the biscuit was crumbly and buttery, the hash browns were extra crispy. The floors in the restaurant felt sticky. The decor and furnishings seemed a bit old. The parking lot has lots of cracked asphalt. The soda machine inside was out of order. My husband used the restroom and said it was pretty bad. In general, I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in a hurry and want to get your meal to go. They need to upgrade the building and grounds to earn a 5 star rating.

Customer service was horrible this morning. I didn’t even finish ordering my food before the rudeness from the drive through person. Y’all already lost a lot of business I wouldn’t loose more because of workers being rude to customers.

Ordered French toast stick at the counter an I told the cashier that something stinks in here like a sour smell ,she said she smelled it too ,so I got my order took one bite an NASUESA set in VOMITING I'm never messing with them again

The fries were soggy and cold its almost as if they took it out after soaking it old grease. My burger pretty much gave me food poisoning, its the only thing I ate today and I feel nauseous and I have a headache. It is terrible and I will never recommend this location

Hardee's in Troy I like the breakfast best but the lunch menu is also very delicious. It might take some time to get your order so if you want fast don't stop. But, if you have the time to wait for it it will be good ???
