The food and atmosphere are ok. My dad wanted to go there for his Birthday meal. It took forever to get his Ruby's Relaxer (I told him it was a good drink). It didn't appear to be busy but, the servers had a hard time coming around to check for service and when they did, it was usually after we had already resolved the issue. Our server did anticipate our need for plates for the cake we brought in, which was appreciated. We just couldn't get her attention to ask for forks as well....read full review
Service was ok. Food was awful. My steak had probably 40% fat inside and out. Meal served with no bread. Floors and tables dirty. Salad bar was dirty. Salad dressing had food floating in it. Men's bathroom had paper on floor. Obviously the servers and manager did notice or didn't care. Probably both. We want be back.

Ordered mushroom swiss burger and it was served with no mushrooms. Husband is ordered guac burger. It was served with no guacamole. We informed the waitress about the problem and later the mushrooms were served cold in a little cup. Guacamole was served in a tiny cup. Not pleased.
