Today I went out to Ruby Tuesday and met my mom and aunt. We had a wonderful time! The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and our server, Gabe, was attentive and very helpful! I'll definitely be coming back!!!

Placed online order and waited for over 30 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. Should have cancelled it entirely. 2 steak dinners and both were awful! Steaks were supposed to be medium and both were PAST burned! Could barely saw through it with a knife! Hard to eat would be an understatement. My dogs will enjoy it. Each time I give this location a shot, it is a total letdown. Highly doubt I will return

The customer service Julie gave me was fantastic. She always smiled and I never had to ask for refills. The restaurant was clean and the bargain I got for meal was a steal not a deal. The manager greeted me. They are the nastiest place in troy. It stinks as soon as you walk in the carpet is black and dirty. The hostess said half the reasturant is closed so we couldn't get a booth. And the table we sat at was dirty AFTER the hostess wiped it off and when we asked for it to be wiped off again she caught an attitude so we informed her we are leaving she Saud that's fine! Rude and unprofessional!

Ordered mushroom swiss burger and it was served with no mushrooms. Husband is ordered guac burger. It was served with no guacamole. We informed the waitress about the problem and later the mushrooms were served cold in a little cup. Guacamole was served in a tiny cup. Not pleased.

The food and atmosphere are ok. My dad wanted to go there for his Birthday meal. It took forever to get his Ruby's Relaxer (I told him it was a good drink). It didn't appear to be busy but, the servers had a hard time coming around to check for service and when they did, it was usually after we had already resolved the issue. Our server did anticipate our need for plates for the cake we brought in, which was appreciated. We just couldn't get her attention to ask for forks as well. Overall, it was a Meh experience. I'm hoping it was just an off night.

I will NEVER eat here again! Waited an hour for our food. Asked for a table and was made to take a tiny little booth for 3 people. Uncomfortable atmosphere. Ordered drinks, a member of our table tried innocently joking with waitress and was told to keep it calm cause it's a family restaurant. Over priced food for something you can buy in the frozen food section of the grocery store and cook at home in an air fryer. Was also charged for double the number of drinks that was ordered.

One star isn't enough, poor service . I ordered online and received the poorest service . The cook picked up bloody meat then picked up my sandwich with the same contaminated hands and put it on my Togo plate .no gloves were worn . No hands washed. Just nasty.
