“I had lunch here today and it was absolutely delicious! I ordered the beef brisket sandwich with fries, and everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The brisket was tender, smoky, and seasoned just right.

What makes this place even more special is the owner, Power. She is incredibly sweet, caring, and truly appreciates her customers. You can tell she puts her heart into both the food and the service.

“I'll give 5 stars because they do what is by far the most important thing consistently, every time I've been there, in fact, and that is provide hot, fresh, delicious food. The only negatives are the customer service is very lacking and the place is usually in need of cleaning almost every time I've been there. When I say the customer service isn't all that great, I just mean that I set the bar very high for customer service skills since I myself work in retail, and there is a lack of personality, enthusiasm and politeness in most (not all) of the front counter employees there, which makes it no different than the average fast food restaurant in this part of the country, actually. But I'm of the school of thought that we should expect more than that. And concerning the cleanliness of the restaurant, almost every time I leave from eating there, there's only a few customers still there, maybe one or two, with lots of employees on the clock and several dirty tables and other areas needing wiping down and full trash cans as well. If I noticed it only once or twice, I wouldn't say anything. But I'll still give a generous 5 stars for them taking care of the most important part consistently, like I said before. That's single-handedly what keeps me coming back. So many other places I eat at in Troy are hit and miss when it comes to the quality, heat and freshness of the food, but not Zaxby's. Great job on that.“
