The food was hot and fresh. I like the spice/seasoning they use on the fries. You can't go wrong with the fingers or grilled sandwich I know . I order the sandwich on toast (which is an option) . The vegetables for the salads and trimmings have always been fresh and the fried onions and bacon on the salads make them far superior to other fast food places. Other than the very slow drive thru service, the food is normally quality. When the inside is closed, the drive thru should be running fast. That is not the case here. Seems like they need to hire more people but I've seen 3-4 girls at the main window just waiting around for orders to come through the kitchen windows. Enterprise had this same issue, expect to wait 20-25 minutes in the drive thru and they cleaned house. They are running pretty smoothly now.
