Their food is amazing. Their food truck is also top notch, one of the cleanest food trucks I’ve ever seen. They have it set up like a true commercial kitchen so that the food that comes off the truck is just as good as if you were in a sit down steakhouse.
Prestons is a top-notch restaurant with amazing food and a clean food truck that rivals a commercial kitchen. The juicy burgers are a standout dish, and the ribs are outstanding. The owner's southern hospitality shines through as he checks on guests and even brings samples of his BBQ. Despite some service issues due to being short-staffed, the overall experience at Prestons is terrific, with good food and great hospitality that can't be beaten. Just be prepared for possible delays during busy times.
