“Absolutely fantastic service, the food is always delicious.
Today was a different day. I ordered my normal meal, the chicken and hash brown burrito with a black coffee.
I opened my bag after I got on the expressway to discover I had a chicken biscuit.

I should have known something was off when the normal 875 ticket was only $8.22, but things happen“

“I had an absolutely outstanding experience at this Zaxby’s from the moment I walked in. The restaurant was incredibly clean, organized, and welcoming, which immediately stood out. The dining area, drink station, and even the bathrooms were spotless — something you don’t always see at fast food restaurants, especially during busy hours.

The customer service was honestly some of the best I’ve experienced anywhere. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed happy to help. The staff greeted customers as they came in, kept the line moving quickly, and still made everyone feel valued instead of rushed. You can tell this location is extremely well managed because the employees worked together smoothly and professionally the entire time.

The food was phenomenal. Everything came out hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and clearly made fresh to order. The fries were seasoned perfectly and still piping hot when they hit the table. Even the toast was buttery and fresh. The sauces were stocked, the portions were generous, and every item looked like it was prepared with care instead of just thrown together quickly.

What really impressed me was how efficient the entire operation was. Even with a steady crowd, the wait time was minimal and orders were being handled accurately and quickly. You rarely find a fast food location that combines speed, quality, cleanliness, and excellent customer service this consistently.

This Zaxby’s sets the standard for what a restaurant experience should be. It’s obvious the team takes pride in what they do, and it absolutely shows in every part of the experience. I’ll definitely be returning often and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great food and even better service.“

“I just moved here to Georgia, and was happy to try CSC, because I had seen videos of it on TikTok. I was immediately greeted by the SWEETEST worker! I told Nyla, that it was my first time here at CSC, and she gave me the run down of the menu, popular picks, and let me sample several flavors. My taste buds were blown away, by the different mild, bold, sweet and spicy flavors. I became an instant fan!

Nyla went above and BEYOND with her customer service, made me feel so welcomed and made my first experience here at Chicken Salad Chick such positive and memorable one. I definitely will be returning to get my CSC. The only “negative” part of this first time experience was trying to choose which flavors to take home with me. I kept it to 4, haha.“

“Y'all. This is my new place. Seriously. The massive amount of healthy options, the ability to customize, freshness, and THE PORTION SIZE. Got a $12 salad yesterday that could have easily been 3 BIG side salads. Even the atmosphere inside just screams "you are going to feel GOOD after you eat here!" And the Midland Commons area is so nice and relaxing, especially considering the proximity to JR Allen. But I can easily imagine going for a nice walk or run on the Fall Line and then heading right over here for a healthy and delicious lunch or smoothie, sitting outside and enjoying the day. Not sure of anywhere else in Columbus that has this amount of variety and healthy options so check it out!“

“I placed an online order for a quick lunch pickup. The new salmon bowl looked delicious. I thought the bowl looked a little on the lean side with the veggies and other additions. For the price i would have expected the bowl contents to at least reach the line on the bowl.

The flavor was very good and even though the bowl looked to be pretty light for my first visit I’ve seen positive reviews. Maybe, visiting in person makes a difference. I will try Cava again on another occasion.“

“The food was really good, and the wait staff was very nice, my only critique is that it felt a bit rushed. It seemed like we were only there for maybe twenty minutes, I was barely halfway through eating, and they brought the check like they were trying to flip tables like it was Saturday night, despite being Monday. “Ruby Tuesday is having a rough time of it - but they are trying hard to be relevant. The stores are all beaten up and on their last legs - but the staff and food are really good. And you CANNOT beat the deals. $8.99 for a smash burger, tots or fries AND the full salad bar (Thursdays, $9.99 on Mondays, make it a double for a buck or two more....). LOVE an old school salad bar and they have all but disappeared - but RT is still putting out a decent one. Two of us were out the door with tax and about a 25% tip for.....$25.00 total! AND my companion took the burger and tots home and just ate the salad bar. WHERE ELSE can you get a deal anywhere near that these days??“

“Great food and a good atmosphere. The birria is my favorite so far. I've only had to wait for a table during dinner hours in the weekend. Definitely not the cheapest food, but quality. My only concern is in the women's restrooms...I usually lock it then press the door handle to make sure its locked. These handles unlock when you move the handle or they don't actually lock.“

“I ate lunch there yesterday after having gotten up at 3:45 that morning to drive my stepmom to Jack Hughston hospital to have back surgery. I was exhausted and trying to take care of her and help her get out with her walker. I left my purse sitting in a chair at our table and never missed it until I got out at my house in Americus. I drove over an hour home and never thought about it. Glad I didn’t get stopped by a cop. I only missed it when I got out and it wasn’t there. I immediately called and Christina told me she found it right after we left and locked it up in the managers office. Since my daughter lives there I sent her to get it. Everything was still there. My cash, credit cards and my pistol. Nothing had been disturbed. I’m so appreciative of this honest young lady. It really restored my faith in people. Kudos to her parents for raising a decent, honest and hardworking young lady. Please go support this establishment and tell Christina what a fine young lady she is. The food is great too.“

“My last trip to Chick-Fil-A was on 10/16/2025. Everything went well the food and service was on point as usual. But sadly this will be my last visit until change occurs. Recently in Augusta GA a Black Police officer was denied the same complimentary meal that his white co workers received. He was embarrassed....and I am embarrassed for Chick-fil-A. Shame on you. So since he was shown no respect 😒 you Chick-fil-A can no longer have any of my money.“

They did not bring my diet peach lemonade over right away with the food. 😞 Then forgot the milk and I had to go to the counter to ask for it. “I stop in once a week after the gym and the staff here is the best. Orders are always ready for pick up quickly and rarely an issue. They mixed up my order with another tonight and insisted and fixing it with 10 minutes to closing time. They really did not have to but it shows how great the staff is here. We decided to try this location because my husband REALLY wanted to try Zaxbys while we were out here in Georgia. This location was MUCH better. It was clean, no weird/gross smells, friendly service, and the food is DELICIOUS. I am glad we decided to give Zaxbys a second chance instead of just going by how bad the first location was.“

I now have to drive across town to the second location. that location put bacon on my sandwich this morning and I am a Pollatarian. They NEVER were like other restaurants. Now. they are slacking“
