When we got there we were told to sit anywhere and they would be with us. It then took about 20 minutes for our orders to be taken. While we were waiting for service one of the servers said they’d be with us shortly. After they took our orders they gave us our drinks. It didn’t take long for the food. Otherwise the food was good but they are obviously short-staffed so take it easy on them.Parking: It was late and there was a party so it was difficult to find parking.
Chili Thai is one of our favorite places in Columbus, and we're so happy they are open again! We eat here about once a week, and it's always amazing!! The staff are friendly and attentive, and they work so hard to provide a top tier experience. We only had to wait once for a table - but that was on a particularly busy weekend night, right after they had re-opened. All of the food is made to order, so it comes out fresh and fragrant and hot. I LOVE Thai food and Chili Thai does not disappoint. Between the Panang Chicken, Drunken Noodles, Pad Thai, and Basil Fried Rice, it's so hard to decide what to order. The service was a bit slow, but they were busy on Friday evening. Everyone was still extremely friendly even during the rush.
