“Went through the drive-thru today and ordered my usual chicken nugget meal, and the manager surprised me by throwing in a Chicken & Waffle Sandwich. Y’all… 🤤 LET ME JUST SAY… it is SO GOOD! I honestly wouldn’t have thought to order it myself, but now I’m hooked! 😂

“My husband and I went through the drive through. Service was friendly and quick. Food was exceptionally tasteful. Delicious salad. Way better than any other drive through salad I’ve ever had. Golden crispy fried onions were the icing on top of the cake, just in this circumstance, SALAD! French fries better than McDonald’s on the low scale and Red Robbin’s on the higher scale. 10/10.“

I informed the young lady I was picking up an order, but I also wanted to order some wedges. She asked if I mind the wait, because they are cooking. After sitting down another young lady, smiled and told me my order would be up shortly. The environment was welcoming and the two young ladies were very polite. My food was hot and ready.“

“They got too many people playing around behind the counter and not concentrating on what they're doing. You order through the app and it's never ready when it's supposed to and takes them forever to put it together AFTER you get there.“

“I just moved here to Georgia, and was happy to try CSC, because I had seen videos of it on TikTok. I was immediately greeted by the SWEETEST worker! I told Nyla, that it was my first time here at CSC, and she gave me the run down of the menu, popular picks, and let me sample several flavors. My taste buds were blown away, by the different mild, bold, sweet and spicy flavors. I became an instant fan!

Nyla went above and BEYOND with her customer service, made me feel so welcomed and made my first experience here at Chicken Salad Chick such positive and memorable one. I definitely will be returning to get my CSC. The only “negative” part of this first time experience was trying to choose which flavors to take home with me. I kept it to 4, haha.“

“I ate lunch there yesterday after having gotten up at 3:45 that morning to drive my stepmom to Jack Hughston hospital to have back surgery. I was exhausted and trying to take care of her and help her get out with her walker. I left my purse sitting in a chair at our table and never missed it until I got out at my house in Americus. I drove over an hour home and never thought about it. Glad I didn’t get stopped by a cop. I only missed it when I got out and it wasn’t there. I immediately called and Christina told me she found it right after we left and locked it up in the managers office. Since my daughter lives there I sent her to get it. Everything was still there. My cash, credit cards and my pistol. Nothing had been disturbed. I’m so appreciative of this honest young lady. It really restored my faith in people. Kudos to her parents for raising a decent, honest and hardworking young lady. Please go support this establishment and tell Christina what a fine young lady she is. The food is great too.“

“This Chick-fil-A is my absolute favorite. Everyone that works there is always friendly and willing to help with whatever we need. It always seems as if their food is the freshest and they always take time to talk to the kids when we come in. They even have fun events often for the kids the manager there is really nice too. My kids absolutely love to playground there. It is always clean. The bathrooms are always clean as well and that is very important to me because I want my kids to always have clean bathrooms. My kids love to play with the cow mascot when it comes out the cow mascot is always friendly and takes time to play with the kids. We go here about once a week and we love this place. The prices aren’t that bad either they have a really good chicken sandwich and I love their Chick-fil-A sauce. My son usually gets chicken fingers and loves the ranch and also puts ranch on his chicken fingers thank you Chick-fil-A for always making it a great experience for me and the family. We will definitely be going back again soon probably this week ha ha“

“I had a pretty good experience here. I ordered the Hibachi Steak and Shrimp entree with dumplings and bubble tea. Everything tasted really good and came out piping hot. The cashier Keisha also did an excellent job! 😎“

“The food is nothing fancy, but it's amazing for the price, and the owner, Donald, was very kind and attentive. The chili was especially delicious. These two vegetarian dogs cost $9 altogether. The hot dogs themselves were vegan, but there was no vegan cheese. Still, it's great that they have vegan and vegetarian options.

The interior was clean, but the decor seemed to be in progress. There were three large tables indoors to sit at.“

“I've been going to this Sharks location for about 5 years, and I've never had a problem with ANYTHING, LIKE EVER!!! That definitely deserves a shout-out!!! And no matter what I order, the food is always hot and fresh. I also want to recommend the whole catfish plate and the cheesecake!!!“

“Love the clean tables and playground. Always fun to bring my grandchild. Enjoyed the quickness of ordering on the app then scanning the code on the table for quick service. They did not bring my diet peach lemonade over right away with the food. 😞 Then forgot the milk and I had to go to the counter to ask for it. Not super busy so someone should recheck orders before they bring them to the table. We enjoyed it once we received it all. As usual always amazing taste.“
