“I got 20 wings for $17 and I'm glad I did cause the wings were small. I mean 2" flats and no meat on them or the drums. I will admit, the sauce was by far some of the best sauce I have had. I got the medium, was actually medium and not to hot or mild. And a great flavor too. It took 17 of them to fill me up and I'm a 12 wing guy if they are normal size. All in all, I would definitely recommend the wings but if your like me get the 20, or smaller but with a side. I heard there spicy bbq is good too. I'll try that next.“

“I went to Popeye's on Hwy 80 on Monday. I ordered a leg, wing, and wanted some macaroni. I was told very sternly that I can't just order that and that it would need to be a meal which would have a biscuit. I asked could we leave the biscuit off and was told that it was free, but that it would could with my food. No problem! I got to the window and I slipped up and asked for a cup of water, offering to pay if there was a charge, and you would have thought that I cursed or something. The young lady rolled her eyes so hard that they could have fallen out of her head. She proceeded to give me the water, but with no receipt after I paid for my order. Rude doesn't really sum up the attitudes of some of these people. I truly believe that when it starts coming down to customer service alone, as to whether businesses get customers... this Popeyes will be out of business. This young lady REALLY needs to get it together. Despite this, my food hot, order correct, and the young lady did give me napkins and needed condiments, so it wasn't all bad!“
“Food: Yummy. Biscuits remind me of my mama's. Had a wrap (cannot remember the name, but it had fried chicken, pimento cheese, hot honey) and it was great. The cheddar grits were lukewarm, hence the -1 star. Ordered a biscuit on the side (because you should always order the staple at a restaurant, especially if it is in their name!). So good!! Our server, Tanya, was quick, friendly,, and thoughtful- she even added a cup of sprite on our table so my son could continue filling his drink during the busy lunch hour. She could tell that we were in a hurry (he was on his lunch break) and brought our check and need to go box quickly when we asked for it. This is a really cute restaurant The ambience mirrors many of the ones downtown. This would make a great place to hold an event- which they do offer“
