“I had a great experience at Zaxbys. We were traveling through Americus and stayed a couple of days. We went to Zaxbys because we don’t have one where I live. The customer service was superb, outstanding. I had a young lady helping me , her name was Loshandra. Please forgive me if I didn’t spell your name correct . The food was fresh and tasted great.

My experience was so pleasant that we went back the next day. Thank you Loshandra for being so kind and forthcoming.

“We stopped here for some fried okra. This is about the only place you can get some great tasting fried okra in town, for a great price. We got 2 family size okra, which was less than $15, and it was more than enough. The service was great for them to be extremely busy, and there were a lot of people standing and waiting on their food.“

“Everytime I got to tgis location I am 100% satisfied! The food is always hot and fresh and the customer service is AMAZING! I just ordered at shift change and watched one of the smoothest transitions. The staff coming on was friendly and smiling the staff leaving was the same! I was waiting for my app order and they checked on me made sure I got my drinks made and a young man walked it to my table!! He could have just placed it on the counter and said my name but he took the extra time to bring it to me!! Thank you all so much for being so great!!“
