“Not going to lie. I’ve posted reviews about the KFC locations in Warner Robins for that’s my area. I don’t visit the one in Perry often but the energy is about the same. I looked at reviews on both locations and online they are both about the same. I’ve always said there’s truth in all lies and also lies in all truths. But who ever the young lady is that worked tonight and also a few days ago, she is the one to bring you all back!! Customer service is everything thing to me. And even though I couldn’t get wings because you all are always sold out!! She explained the process of getting wings in the future depending on the times, and her customer service was so much more pleasant vs past times with KFC in both Perry and Warner Robins. Keep her!! 🔥🔥🔥. No lie, I’m highly upset any time that I can’t order wings from a place that sells chicken. She earned you all 5 stars today. 🫡. Young lady keep doing what you do.“

“Ate there last night around 8:15. The food was awful , warmed over at best. As we were leaving l went to get a tea refill and the female Mgr. said " we closed at 9:00 and it's 9:04 already so we thru it out. She was a jerk and when l called to speak with the owner the next morning l got her again instead. l told her l should get a free tea next visit and her response was " it ain't gonna happen ". She needs to be fired. She is not customer service material and ruins the reputation of a good place.“

“Chicken hit the spot. Mac and cheese, lol, very Golden Corral coded so I’ll just not get that. But I’ll stick with the chicken. Skin was crispy n tasty. Service was straight to the point n fast. Would go back for a quick fix.“

“Had a bad experience with online ordering and the order getting lost. After showing a copy of pending charge on my credit card they still couldn’t find it. So they made the food anyway and gave it to us for free. The pending charge disappeared and bank said it was canceled. Shoutout to Greg (the manager) and his friendly staff for going above and beyond and making a glitch in the system right for us.“

“I love Zabys but I hate their large cups. Got a big zak snack and if you dont hold your drink with 2 hands, the lid likes to slip off, and its very repeatable on some. Kinda sucks as a first day of work and spilling that all over my legs but it is what it is. Still great food and not necessarily their fault but more of a warning.“
