“This is a relatively new Zaxby's, and the staff is hard-working and friendly. The restaurant was clean, and while I was there, the sweet tea was kept fresh and full. The sandwich I ordered was hot, fresh, and delicious. I also had the fried cheese, which was served piping hot. This is a good place to stop for lunch or dinner.“

“Excellent first visit! Restaurant, bathrooms and all areas were clean, including tables, which is a bonus. Employees were fabulous, kind, and courteous. Food was served hot and fresh no complaints! “I must admit that I've avoided KFC in recent years. This rainy night KFC was almost next to my hotel. My sister and I decided to give it another try. So glad we did.The staff was sweet although we came in close to closing. The chicken was delicious and the sides were just great. The restaurant was very clean and draped in holiday decor. We knew that the staff took pride in serving us.When we left we spoke with Sheila, the restaurant manager. We told her how much we liked our meal. She happily told us how much she appreciated her customers and that so he and her staff loved working there. Believe me, it shows. Many thanks Sheila.“

“So, back when this place opened up, I left a pretty critical review about the systems and lack of work ethic and a whole bunch of other stuff. The place was a mess. But this is the power of reviews: giving the establishments the feedback they need to improve. The food was great. I was served quickly. The wifi worked well. The cashier was helpful with navigating the menu. The ONLY critique I have is that I wish the employees smiled more. I know it's a slow Tuesday with back-to-school chicanery going on, but a smile will bump this review up to 5 stars. I highly recommend this restaurant. It is clean and well-managed.“

“Ate there last night around 8:15. The food was awful , warmed over at best. As we were leaving l went to get a tea refill and the female Mgr. said " we closed at 9:00 and it's 9:04 already so we thru it out. She was a jerk and when l called to speak with the owner the next morning l got her again instead. l told her l should get a free tea next visit and her response was " it ain't gonna happen ". She needs to be fired. She is not customer service material and ruins the reputation of a good place.“

“Had a bad experience with online ordering and the order getting lost. After showing a copy of pending charge on my credit card they still couldn’t find it. So they made the food anyway and gave it to us for free. The pending charge disappeared and bank said it was canceled. Shoutout to Greg (the manager) and his friendly staff for going above and beyond and making a glitch in the system right for us.“

“The food was ok to mediocre. New kid on register need assist from mgr lady who spoke broken English w accent (?), noises n people in front area had him asking me to repeat. I'm the one w the hearing aids and it was still quite noisy there.“
